Colorado is a diverse place Denver is good if you like the big city feel. Fort Collins for more of a laid back slower atmosphere which is were i live.
There are alot of Dealers in Denver so i can really say but alot of people have their license.
And no you cant sell to the dispensaries you used to be able to but there is now a Law i believe that says you cant They have to grow 75% or something like that of their own stuff

Construction starts are way down in Colorado, so construction jobs are harder to find, and wages are getting very low.
If you speak Spanish you will have an easier time finding work, but construction wages have dropped by 40% from when things were good.
Rent depends on where you want to live, but is not cheap in CO.

Its alot cheaper then Denver i would say 2 Bedroom house for around 650-800 a month. Yea it is a college town with alot of college chicks
whats not to love but i must say i miss all the damn Dispensaries from Denver If you go down Broadway there is like a Dispensary on every corner same with Colfax

In the place i live now the Family buisness that employed almost two hundred people is down to twenty five... The veterans that worked there have all been let go and rehired back with new titles and half the salary{I presume for some tax incentive}... So this is kinda my current situation...
Fort Collins is in right price range... but how safe is it?... do you know people growing illegal?... what does the community think?...

The cost of living ANYWHERE is relative to wages earned. I live in CO. I live in a town a little south of Denver, and being literally 3 miles away from a light rail station makes rent go anywhere from 300 a month for a room, to 700 a month. It's all about how nice the place is, and how close it is to light rails, downtown denver, and other hot locations. Living in FoCo is wayyyy less expensive than living in Boulder, which is closer to Denver.

As far as safety goes, Fort Collins is a very safe place all around. I lived there and owned a caregiving business for a year there. Larimer county is one of the counties that has a ton of people with their medical cards. So in that sense, most of the people have their cards and are growing for themselves or their patient. I dont know why you would want to grow illegally since its so easy to become legal...hope that helps a little and enjoy colorado and fort collins, colorado is def. the best state around!!!

How many plants can you grow in CO?... Seems like to grow alot of plants legally you need a bunch of patients to sign over caregiver to ya... {does this sound correct?}...
I dont know anybody there, I would like to grow for myself, my dad that has glaucoma, and a few friends... but it has to be profitable...
If there is a way to be legit and make some money im all ears

Im almost 30 which really gives me some range... ten years up and ten down! HA!... I think college chicks fall in there somewhere

You can only have 5 patients with 3 flowering and 3 vegging plants each, plus you equals only 18 flowering and 18 vegging. You can only sell to your patients, and not for profit, just to pay for expenses. So do to all of this, yes there is still money to be made "underground". We don't talk about that in this section, this is medical. Do know that the price here has dropped significantly and it is not hard to find an oz in the 200-250 range "underground". Therefore of all places to move to do an "underground" grow, colorado has fallen near or to the bottom, we have successfully flooded the market. Also, not sure where the guy with the 650-800 rent for a house is but really expect more like 750-1500 for anything you can live and grow in anywhere in this state.

Yes its Greeley and its quite a ways out (at least an hour from the metro area, google maps shows it very well) and not a very pro marijuana area, better know your way around a cow if you want a job. Finding patients is kind of a gamble, lots of people flip caregivers just to get freebies. Like i said 5 patients, so its not like you can get 400. Kind of hard to find patients if you don't already have good product and don't know them.

Greely just got boring...
the part of the city i live in now is the oldest part of town and would have been something to see fifty years ago... now it is mostly mexicans and gays coming in and being able to buy a huge house and fix it up! also the part of town most people would not raise a family... Is there this kind of nieghborhood in Denver?
