Attitude Seed Bank Ordering Options

This will be my first purchase from a seed bank. Iv done my homework and decided to order from Attitude seed bank. I added my items to the grocery cart and went to checkout and a question came up. I'M obviously going for the stealth option and will have the breeders packs removed and repacked but, what does "shipped with sweets" mean?

ORIGINAL BREEDERS PACKS OR REMOVE FROM BREEDERS PACKS:
ORIGINAL BREEDERS PACKS
REMOVED FROM BREEDERS PACKS AND REPACKED
Crush Proof Tins: $2.41 (please note: if packages don't fit, they may be removed from breeders packs)
SHIPPED WITH SWEETS: $2.41 (these will be removed from breeders packs)

not sure what the sweets are, maybe candy? I just ordered a couple seeds about 2 weeks ago, took about a week to get to me... I put the Crush proof tin... added "rollitup" to the discount code for a couple bucks off... and they gave me 4 different free strains... very cool...

Probably some gimmick, usually is one there. :-) To be fair in that case they prob use them as the stealth, just make sure you are not paying extra for the priviledge

Oops. actually I see they are. screw that

Sweets is European English for candy...and no, it isn't a gimmick. Discussing anymore about their stealth methods is a bad idea, so that's all I'll say.

its a buyers market. You really should not be paying extra for stealth packaging. Its an insult in my opinion

You should feel free to shop elsewhere then, right? You have plenty of options. Send your disapproval by not buying from them.

Don't be a retard. We send over a hundred packs to friends over in the states every month and have done for years. It doesn't compare with attitude in the slightest and never been our intention but we certainly do not charge our customers for the privilege of being a customer. If you don't find that ridiculous then that's your prerogative but doesnt change the fact that it is

It doesnt matter what they are mailed in. If Customs opens it you are losing your beans and Attitude wont replace beans confiscated by customs unless you get the letter. Their shipping costs are ridiculous to begin with and then they wanna charge you $10 for stealth. I use Seed Boutique most of the time. They dont have as big a selection as attitude but the prices are better and shipping is $6 and they will resend if you dont get it. People also talk about how great Attitudes freebies are but the last order I made with Seed Boutique it was $30 and they sent me 5 Dinafem Critical+ (free) and the time before that I spent $50 and got 16 Haze x Skunk from Sam the Skunkman (also free). Attitudes promos are cool but that is the only time I will order from them is when they are running a big special. I am not saying Attitude sucks I am just saying there is better out there.

Just because my opinion is different from yours makes me a retard? Nice. I won't be ordering anything from you. I agree with bigv1976's approach, shop around, buy where you want, get the best deal you can. If you find a better, cheaper, faster, stealthier deal, go for it. If you think paying to have something shipped with sweets is ridiculous, then don't order using that option. Simple.

no , I hinted you are a retard cos you said don't buy from them when I represent a seedbank myself. So obviously I wouldn't. Now you are saying exactly the same thing.

We make enough profit on seeds without having to charge for the postage and packaging etc If you wish to do so then that is your prerogative clearly. My opinion stated just that, It is 'my opinion' that it is treating customers shitty by doing that.

I was saying you as in the person deciding to purchase, not you as in you. If the first post didn't make that obvious, I'd hope the second one would. I'll try to be clearer next time.

You have a long way to go in learning to win over customers.

Good luck to you.

Fair enough, we all have our off moments.

I don't need to win any customers personally, they have enough I suspect. Seeds are not the basis of their existence and that side of things isn't my concern I admit. People want the best deal as already stated, not to be ripped off on the petty things was my point. Luckily for many of them there are enough gullible people about. Good luck to you also. didnt really mean to offend ya

I will agree with you on that. Considering what seeds sell for, I probably threw away a billion dollars worth in my youth. Stealth shipping should be included in the price.

freebies all suck ,, thats why there free imo
had at least 30 different free seeds last 2 years, and they all sucked , very low or no germ rate compared to the seeds i paid money for.
and if they did grow , just garbage

Yo just ordered from attitude, FUCKIN NICE GUYS, 6-7 days later (whos countin) beans arrive in my "stealthy" tshirt i got off 'em. i chose to keep the beans in the breeder packs cuz ya know......ya never know and i prefer to have as many hands touching my babies down to the most possible minimun i can get. also it gives one a lil piece of mind kinda. anyway, they came through with quickness. also they gave me as ordered my 11beans, then five extra different fems! , these guys are pimps, ty attitude

At least some of you echo my thoughts, I was feeling like the bad guy with ulterior motives. I admit I'm normal so I have off days and moan sometimes at the wrong time or at the wrong people.

We are offered free seeds a lot of times from breeders but we do not accept them. I mean really we don't. They are usually grade 2 seeds that they cannot sell as grade ones of course and they are not prepared to put their name to them as a saleable item. Our background is medical based so we insist on the best genetics we possibly can.

I actually have asked some of them if they think that this system will eventually be detrimental to the brand. Which I think is inevitable over time. Unfortunately, the same as in Holland over the years, the lure of money is too great and they do it anyway as there are so many people that will gladly accept second best.

I am not naive so I realise that there are many many people that free seeds are great, I mean some people have very very little disposable income so yes there is room for this and hopefully with so many new growers etc out there they will eventually appreciate the differences and move onto the better quality.

Most of us know that you get nothing for free. It would concern me that having thousands of these unpackaged second rate seeds at hand and then sending people orders where they almost 'encourage' people to remove the original packaging. I mean, come on..... so yes, unless you have a real trust built up its sensible to keep the original packaging. And I stand by my earlier points about postage and paying premiums for stealth etc.

(actually I gonna put those sentiments on the blog)

so yeahh that's my 3 centimos on it. Peace.
