Hi everyone,

I have a aeroponic system with 21 360 sprinklers that is set to go off every 4 min for 1 min.

Is that too much water?

I have been trying to get the watering correct. Please help

i did'nt water mine as often, until the roots showed through the baskets.i went 15 minutes about every 1 1/2 hours.even now i'm at 15 minutes every two hours or so.i'm not a pro but it works for me.i have an insane amount of roots andthe plants their self look great.only advice i can give is too look through the forums and see whats out there.

I have seen 15 on every hour(45 off). but when i was aero i was 24/7 which i am sure was one of my mistakes.

On a side note what are you using for a timer? i need more specific timers than commonly available(15 minute increments are too much sometimes)

Lots of different settings will work, and I think it's relative to how high of a
rate of spray you're putting out and how much of the roots you can cover
in a set amount of time.

Generally speaking for low pressure aero, 1 on 4 off is a good number to go
by as it gives enough oxygen to the roots without letting them dry out too
much. You should be fine to run this time throughout veg/flower.

where do you get a 1 on 4 off timer? i found one at my local hydro shop, but it was 60$ and that seems excessive, other options?
