We bought some seeds from a bank. They are about 3 weeks old. I guess it's the strain but it doesn't look like I'll be able to take any clones off of it. Also, I'm using hydroponic system. What is the expected yield from a thousand watt light? Has anyone been able to clone off of them? How would you rate it as far as yield, THC levels, type of high, ease of growth, etc. compared to other strains? Would you grow this particular strain again or do you suggest something different and what. Any input would be appreciated.

Why can't you take clones ? are they not sending side shoots ?
If your vegging under a 6500 K light you'll get a short BUSHY plant.
Bubblegum is a great strain from what I hear otherwise it still wouldn't be around for more than 30 years.

unlikely you have a 6500 K bulb that's why no side shoots YET. I'd pinch the top off soon that'll speed up side growth.
Get some 6500 K cfls (Daylight not Cool White) and try that.
