wow yea your lady is totally ready to cut rene... but lime can you take a clone from something that late in flower??? idk? but like mjnation said i also heard a story of a guy that would flower the same plant over and over many times, not clones but the same frickn plant... sounds wierd to me but i guess that method works...
good luck with that... but if the pheno is that good you should totally try to keep it alive...

it does take alot longer than cloning or even a seedling in some cases to re-veg a plant, but it it totally worth it in my opinion..
You end up with a superplant. it develops resistance to many pests this way. as the plant has to adapt with the times or die as it gets older it develops a much stronger immune system.
My plants were really unhealthy looking the first time that I Re-Vegged them.
The second time around, both of the plants stayed lush and green with regular leaves and they were definately quicker to revert back into the vegitative state at a little over two weeks.
The first time it took easily over a month to show new growth, weird lookin leaves (single bladed). They were yellow and decrepid looking.

Here are some pictures of the first time re-vegging.

2nd Time Re-Vegging

And Now 3rd Time Re-Vegging

These plants were re-vegged and then flowered again as soon as they started to revert.

the stress they must feal after something like that... so what does it take like 2 months to start reveging??
Yes the first time I Revegged them they took just under 2 months to revert and start growing new shoots.
The second time I revegged them it was only about 2 and a half weeks suprisingly.
The third time, it was like flowering never happened at all. new growth started appearing around the end of week one

It's pretty crazy if you think of it.

one more thing that I should mention..
To help the plant revert sooner, you can heavily flush the soil.
I like to put the plants in the laundry sink or the shower and let the water run through the soil for about 20 minutes.
this ensures that there are no flowering nutrients left in the soil, which will make the reverting to veg process very simple.
wait until the soil is almost dry and then continue to feed veg nutrients full strength.
