helllllp with my plant..pleasee

Problem with my plant is really getting on my nerves...i'd really appreciate some helppp...please
My plant is about 3 weeks old or less, i think .
after week 1 from seedling, overwatering problem led me to completely change my pot with new soil.....(the roots looked messed up...like kinda rotting!NOT all the wayy though)
After that, in new pot i again somewhat overwatered(after 4-5 days in new pot,) ......now its been like 3-4 days i havent watered them....soil seems moist still.....
but it seems to take forever to groww...you can also see leaves all yellow, droopy out of shape, and what not..lol.......what should i do.? should i just let it be...will roots get better in time? or should i wash the soil up in water and change my pot with better soil?Again?

are u using any nutes or is the soil slowrelease??? it looks like maybe just some deformed growth thatll grow out, besides your overwatering.

I wouldnt do anything at all......especially watering. Just let the plant settle into its new container/soil and keep your fingers crossed. It doesnt look too bad, i did worse when I first started growing.....i was the master of over watering.

Remember, seedlings dont require much water at all.......check the soil w/ your finger, if the soil is dry a few inches down you can water.

i just used a drop(npk-10-1-1) in 100 ml bottle...thats sure not much right? and i sprayed my soil evenly with it.....it was the new soil i changed my old overwatered soil from.
i think the soil is also a slow release..

Also...people.....i am using 1x45 watt(6500k) and 1x45(2700k) cfl... right now....will that do? or is it better to use only blue spectrum light(need to buy if i need to)......? ..for flowering i got other three 23 watt red specturm cfl though....

not an expert on cfl but from what i have read you might need more light . but then again you do only have one plant , so ......sure that was no help at all god im lame .

you have enough light for that little seedling, once it gets a few leaf sets maybe add some more. You can place them 1-5 centimeters or a few inches above the leaf.
