I would just like to say hello to everyone,My name is southernbob.
I would like to know if I need to use some like of ip blocking software
Before I start uploading pics and stuff,and also is there one that is better
then the other,or do I need anything like that at all?I have been using this web site
for a couple of months and have found that their is really good info here!
You guys really know what your doing.I do have some questions But I need to
know what to do to be safe on this website first.I dont want to do prison again.

local cops, local ISP, local 'friends'
so make sure your ISP can't see your activities, they're not supposed to look, but...

just that activity that goes through your ISP could be looked at
by law, there not supposed to, should take a warrant
but if some lowlife at your ISP decided to be Barney Fife, well, it would be better for it never to happen
so an encrypted proxy is a great thing to use(SSL)
not saying it's totally unbreakable, but tough for the locals to do so(NSA would be another story)

thanks for the consideration, ssl just means that data is encrypted between you and the site your connected to
an easy way to do this is to use a proxy that uses ssl, your isp sees that you're connected to a proxy site, but can't see what you're doing because the data is encrypted
ssl stands for secure socket layer(from best of memory)
there are plenty of proxy services, some free, some for a small fee, just google 'proxy service' to get started
