As far as cfl's, they veg fantastic if used right. You have to keep the no further than 3-5" away and you won't have any stretch and tight node spacing. Most likely your friends plants where streching because the distance of the light. I try to keep my cfl's within 1-2" and have had great results this far!
I grew wonderwoman my last grow and she is fantastic smoke!! Very tasty, the sweetest fruitiest bud I've grown so farWonder woman is some how related to williams wonder correct?
If so, you should definitely check out my grow, Im like 8 weeks into flower with the original williams wonder. You wont be disappointed !

I would think the increase in wattage might help with quicker root development which then in turn would help with yield...word, would you say that the intensity of the 600 watt bulb decreases reaching? because I have been having stretching issues w/ my 400 watt guy...I do know that using a MH for flowering will help (as opposed to cfl's for veg)...
or does the increase in wattage simply increase the yields?
