Any drawbacks from giving 13 hrs of dark instead of 12?

imo nah not really!could reduce yeild abit but it would hardly be noticable!

i flowered on 11/13 cuz my plant got too damn tall, all i noticed that once i cut from 12/12 to 11/13 my plant flowered almost immediately

there's talk that something like 10/10 might shorten flowering time by actually making each day shorter...

i see, thats impossible with a standard 24 hr timer. you could do it without a timer and use your own self to switch the light every 10 hours. but that gets annoying, do they make timers that just go hour by hour instead of daily/weekly timers?

yeh your right!it will speed up flowering!
