I got! 12 pounds of Buddha cheese 11 pounds of Citral 10 pounds of purple haze! 9 pounds of green crack 8 pounds of maui waui 7 pounds of durban poison !! of sorry i know totally out of holiday.. jeez i wish i had that much. i actually have had anything since last week end

Not to nit pick, but how do you handle this 4.5 lb harvest (12 big ones?) given the 2.5 oz maximum allowed usable limit? Do you think you would be harassed with 4.5 lbs "hanging and drying" (unusable) even if you did only have 2.5 oz of cured (usable) medicine?

Good question.I was told curing buds are UNUSABLE..but i could be wrong.

Yeah.. thats the word.. tha the loop hole is as long as your 'curing' its not in a 'usable form' there for it doesnt count on your usable limit.. I guess usable is when you have it in a zip loc bag? or just sitting on a table or grinded up ready to be smoked..
i've been wondering though.. say you want to transport like 5lbs.. you transport all of it in 'curing' jars.. does that allow you to transport unlimited amounts of bud as long as its in curing jars?

my dr put in these exact words....its legal to have unusable marijuana that doesnt count for your legal limit, but that doesnt mean you should go storing 10 lbs of "unusable" (curing/drying) marijuana in your home. which completely makes sense, how would the Dept. of health feel if they ran into something that

I WOULDNT RISK THIS>HELL NO>>YOU"LL BE SITTING IN JAIL>UNTIL MAYBE THEY DECIDE IT WAS UNUSABLE OR NOT.A COP WONT KNOW THIS BS STORY UNUSABLE TO USABLE....lol I HOPE ITS TRUE BUT i still see and feel handcuffs on the wrists for this one.
Yea maybe a few OZs of UNUSABLE but not pounds lol...But even with minimal amounts of UNUSABLE it could still lead to an arrest at the time,if the officer/s does not go for it.Just my thought on it.This is why there needs to be clear definitive definitions of these words in the laws.UNUSABLE/Caregiver and compensations/nonprofit..What do these word really mean in context to this law.not in general.?
