I'm in San Diego and unfortunately it's true, I know some collectives that get their meds from NorCal.

Personally I stick to only 2 collectives, both budtenders personally tell me where they got it from before I make my decision on the meds I pick.

A good indoor indica strain will top any bulk grown outdoor grow. each county has their Bomb im just saying bomb is in every county in Cali now, no 1 speaks of humboldt nowdays =/ you'll find the best bud between inland empire and san diego honestly the further north you go the more outdoor you find.
