Temp fluctuations stunted growth?

my room goes down to 63 at night and 86 in the day is this enough of a fluctuation to cause stunted growth?

my soil is promix organic with wormcastings and perlite. i grew a 9 foot tall plant from dumping an ashtray out my window... its not the soil.
