These are the youngns so far, All in FF light warrior. Each cup has holes for drainage, and they are on a consistent watering schedule and 24/0. The bottom most leaf sets are dying and falling off, whether I shear them or let them fall, on a few of the plants it continues on to the next set. The new growth and top leaf sets. are fine and are growing great. What might be my issue? any suggestions on how to help.

consistent watering sounds like overwatering, as does the brown perlite.

About to transplant into actual containers so they can stretch their legs and get nice solid waterings as well as more lighting.

When I say consistent I mean as needed but on regular basis per se. not too much I have had numerous successful grows, I have just never experienced these issues with so much of the crop early on. And what does brown perlite mean? why is that bad? This is a cfl grow, and nutes, no. I felt Light warrior is rich enough for seedlings, it was mixed in with some ocean forrest, and we will tranplant into ocean forrest completely next.

i have two plants going in party cups at the same age as yours, i dont know your setup but im using a 150 hps and i water them only in their morning hours with water that sits out 24 hours and only once a day watering in foxfarm ocean soil and their looking great. sounds like your overwatering like dam said, only keep the soil moist not wet

I too water only in the am, and use hard water. No nutes at all yet. I know that they are not being overwatered. The picture posted way literally right after a watering.

that definately looks like overwatering if they are dropping like that... also if thats not it then it could be the water is not ph'ed correctly and thats why the leaves are yellowing, also what kind of soil are you using in the cups...?....

The soil in the cups in a 80/20 mix of Fox Farm Light Warrior and Ocean Forrest. I like the ff lw for seedlings and cuttings, and like the richness of the ffof to get young girls going.

those are the only issues i can think of thats wrong and thats exactly what it looks like, im sure many others would agree also... but you say they are right where you want them to be, so...... i dont know what the problem could be, especially since you are not using nutes, so that rules out burn... like i said i can only look at em and tell you what i see.. and thats either overwatered or ph being off.... sorry.. maybe others can see something i dont...

i put all mine straight in the fox farms ocean forest and water every 5-6 days and have never had any problems and my ph is generally at 6.4-6.6 and using all the fox farm trios for nutes under a 400 watt

if all those are to par, i would water them half as much and wait n see if they respond, bc i looked up overwater and thats what it looks like, maybe its lnot drianing as good or the new soil your using holds moisture better then your used to? my plants really dont seem to need water as much as i thought they would.

i agree with you... let em dry out for a few days then water with half of what you have been using....

Even so listing your ph, temp, and humidity might prove to be useful. It sure looks like a ph issue to me, especially since you're not using nutes yet.

i might be wrong but i read somewhere fox farm balances the ph so you dont need to mess with the nutes right away... and it cant be nutes bc im using foxfarm at 2 weeks and no nutes yet and they dont look like that

over watering is my vote. in party cups i watered once every 2 - 3 days.. and they are now in 5 gal buckets and they only need water once a week. your overwatering them if you water every day. i promise you.

the soil has to get completely dry in order for oxygen to get to the roots and so that they strech downward looking for water. in other words, developing a root system lol. i got some white widow and ufo 5 days into flowering and they look awsome. what i found that works for me is my ph/wetness/light meter from lowes, i dont water them untill the bottom of the pot measures 3-4 dampness. feed every otherwatering and bam they grow like crazy.

I would try to stretch the interval between waterings. You say every morning that means every twenty four hours try going longer like 32 or every day and a 1/2. If you say that ph temp and other factors are in range you should start there and see if it helps.
They do look like over watered plants.
