I used to be scared also until I finally bit the bullet and did it. Now I don't hesitate when I need seeds. Never had an issue getting them in the USA in a non medical state even.

Don't bother! I would stay clear of this strain until they get it right. 2/5 germed for me, then the plants were totally retarded and never budded properly (currently on week 13 and still waiting). I e-mailed to complain but no reply at all. This strain is not ready for commercial sale yet..
