Who really appreciates beer?

I guess im an alchoholic to society standards but i really apperciate beer..not your bullshit bud light or miller beers but some good IPA's, Stouts, Porters, Bocks, etc. personally i like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Man I just luv Longboard island lager brewed by kona brewing company. And then theres Fat Tire which is a pale ale brewed by the local New Belgium brewery .

Micro brews are the best. Some imports are good as well.

Favorites would be:

Deschutes Brewery - 20th Anniversary Bond Street Series: WIT. Its a very good Belgian style Wit, superior drinkability.
Weihenstephaner - Hefeweissbier. Very fine wheat beer from the oldest operating brewery in the world.
Paulaner - Hefeweizen. Very crisp with good drinkability.

For an every day beer i go with Blue Moon, Hoegaarden, or Heineken.

dude, gross. we call that shit bum juice because no one drinks it without a paper bag on the outside. just have a shot of jack if you want to get fucked up that bad. that stuff is a step below natural ice. as far as beer goes, i'm all about the sam adams. on the light side i like the summer ale and costal wheat, if i want a little darker brew i go with the honey porter. also, anyone who has never had sam adams light better step up. it's the only light beer i know that ever won competitions in a NON light beer category. like no other light beer on earth.
