My DWC Set-up...

"Would .5" Ebb&Grow stuff work good enough, or should I use .75" gromets, tube and barbed fittings??? "

I struggled with this decision. I would suggest going 3/4" if you can. I used 1/2" on a system with 10 5gallon buckets all connected. It takes a long time to drain. Also you have to be careful about roots clogging up your drain.

Go 3/4" or even 1"!

They are turning from clear to a haze.
Some are more clear on the lower branches.
I'll look and cut as they mature. Like my buddy said.
Cut the top section and let the lower section go for another week.
Wish I would have gotten the light sooner. In a good way it's better though.
I got a 600w for $35 more than the 400w I was planing on.

Looking real good BuddGreen I do agree with mr. rastadred that those look as if the could possibly go for a little longer than a week but anyway I'm sure you'll be pleased with your upgrade to the 600w and for only 35 more bucks than the 400w you were looking at not bad at all. Can't wait to see your final product.

I use 1/2" Hydrofarm for the feed and
3/4" Hydrofarm for the return.
When I used the 1/2" for the return line, my 33GPH pump
was pumping most the nutes out of the control rez on low.
With the 3/4" return line, the pump is on
high and the level drops maybe 1/2" @ most.

Wow dude I never fully appreciated how kick ass your grow room is. Is that your veg room in front of the big box? If so, how do I go about locating a frame like that?

Nice dude, I agree though. You could lose the top feed. Once the roots are in the water you don't need it. I just hand watered mine for like 6 days till the roots hit the water. That plant does look a little over watered..
Here's my setup.

Just read through the whole post. Wow. I am planning a DWC transfer for my failed aero attempt and this gave me a lot of ideas. My room is 3x3 so 5 week of veg is not going to happen, LOL.
