Plants look too small & leaves look wierd

Hello everyone!
I Try to grow outside, and this is my first growing..
I planted them a month ago, don't they supposed to be bigger\taller right now..?
And look at the pictures, 2 first leaves died, and other "rolled down"..

I live in the middle east, and by definition it's "winter" now, but there was no rain, except 2 days ago, actually a big storm.. but it's sunny again now and no rain on the horizon..
Temperatures - not less then 14 celsius at night, and i think 24 at day..

Now, I didn't use fertilizer yet (i read it's too soon, right?) and i avoided over-water them.. so what am i doing wrong..?
And btw, should i move them to the ground yet or wait?

they not too small for a 5-6 weeks old?
and can i move them to the ground or have to plant them in a bigger pot?

they are way too small for that amount of time. the problem is not where you live, the problem is, for one you have temperatures too cool for the night. they're growth is being stunted. the main problem you are having is that you are trying to veg a pmant during its natural flowering phase; seasonally speaking. they won't survive, sorry.

they need: no less than 16 hrs of light a day. also temp at 75F(24c) day and only five less at night. humidity around 40 to 50%, though i keep all my crop at 35-40% humidity and 25-30% when flowering. they can be transplanted into another pot but i would use a pot that will be your last for the plants. in other words make this your last transplant.

those leaves are called the cotyledons. they supply food and energy to the germinating seed and the sprout itself. once the plant is large enough and has enough leave space to produce food and energy of its own those leaves, the cotyledons, wither and fall off. but I am questioning 5-6 weeks old. see the plants under my screen name? those plants are 6 weeks old (one week into flowering). granted, mine are indoors with proper everything, you just cant try to veg a plant in its flowering season. thats like trying to grow apples outside in the winter time. the plant just won't do it no matter how nice a person you may be. the other thing is that you can give seedlings fert. its all about type and proportion.

not getting enough intense sunlight!! need 8 hours a day,because of this they are severly stunted. Winter sun is is weak max only24
and nights too cold for dope plant growth.Summer keeps ground warm therefore the roots and they prefer about 28deg day
and about a 20 deg night

all true but i dont think hes doing an indoor set up.

Thank you everybody for answering,
I knew that everybody recommend plant in spring, but spring is too far :mrgreen: so i said i try now, and if i do mistakes i better do them now..
so you guys are saying plant in spring, grow strong in summer, flowers comes out in winter? i got it right?
and no way these 2 little dudes will survive outside in these conditions..?? :cry:

if they survive they won't look much different than they do now, bud. you can keep 'em happy under a light inside though. and depending on the strain will determine the time of harvest, most are ready by late aug/Sep, but some require more time and are ready in October.
