minimum lights needed ?

one plant maybe 2 plants max in a closet/wardrobe.
on a low budget starting to buy the equipment i need slowly and now its time to buy lights.

what is the lowest ammount of watts or valtage recommened. bare in mind im only growing one or two plants.
