pics would help and there could be a number of reasons temps, over-watering, root bound your best bet would to upload photos so people could see what the plant looks like

ok

1. thats not enough light. not enough light by half or even 1/4. (thats why your loosing color, not enough light)
2. you are overwatering. water every other day. and dont use any nutes yet (without better light almost any amount of fertalizer will kill it)
3. they are alot easier to repot when they are small. do not use anything labeled maricle grow, and do not get soil with its own time release fert. get something nice and organic.
4. does my ass make these pants look big?

You need nutes that last indefinitely. Alot of GH products are if stored properly. I agree about the lighting for sure. Pics will be nice.

ok im going in general terms here

light is a rough thing to measure, all we can really go by is type of light (ie. MV CFL MH ETC) spectrum, and lumen output

lumens is what u need to look at. recomended MINIMUM requirements is 3000L per sq.ft of grow space. (area not volume)
and more is better, you should shoot for around 4700L psf (thats roughly 3 100w equivalent cfl) and using cfls their lumen output is more diffused
so you have to overdo it just to get there so start thinkin how to fit 4-8 Cfls on that one plant
if u line ur box w mirrors you can slightly reduce lumen requirements

you cant really see that good i dont have a good cam but u can kinda see the leaves turning yellow....i transplanted into a biggere pot added a fan to lowerr the temp and brought the lights up from 1 42 waat to 1 42 watt and 5 23watt cfls...do u think that should be good for my one plant????

Yeah that should do it man, but do you know what the kelvin rating on those bulbs is? 6500 or 2700k? Anything above 5000k would be best for vegging this thing...use 2700k for flowering, and you'll likely have to increase your bulbs again when you get that far. You can also mix them in, but try to mostly 6500k for vegging and mostly 2700 k for bloom-time. Are you running the lights all the time? I'm currently vegging 2 small plants, one a little older than the other, under 4 23 watt 6500k bulbs and one 42w 2700k, and I'm going to double that up this week sometime. I run mine 20/4. I've started giving them some 1/4 strength nutes recently and they are taking to it fine. My lil grow is in my sig if you wanna check it out.

It sounds like you have lotsa light now, I think your issue was over watering. I gauge when I water my plants by the weight of the container, don't water until its light and almost completely dry. Not only will this help your problem but it will force the roots to seek out the water and fill the entire medium with roots faster. Also try a product called liquid karma or Thrive Alive (they are made almost entirely from sea kelp) I use this in low doses on my seedlings all the time, its very mild and hard to b urn them with. I find it gives them a little boost and also helps with transplant shock.
