Not sure whats wrong, happened over a few days. Need help asap

in a matter of days, it started to look bad and the leaves started getting dry and shriveled. I think the stem might be part of the problem, because it kind of grew on an angle and more towards one way and then when I tied it down it looked pretty unsturdy and not so good. I trimmed some of the dead dry leaves and new growth is looking not so bad but if there is anything that I could be doing that anyone knows of, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

shouldnt be your stem man.... how hot is your g-room when lights are on.. how close is your light to the plant.. how big is your light?

It looks like moisture stress imo, have you started feeding yet? if so what kind,what strength, and what schedule?

your ph has been out for long time. get a good phmeter, get it to 6 and in couple weeks it should grow normally again.

Are you sure you didn't break the stem in half under the soil while tying it down. I did it once and mine looked the same way, took a few days to figure it out.

Okay sorry about the wait, ive been working all day, and thanks for all the possible ideas for my problem. My temps usually stay around 25-32 degrees celsius, the grow space is small and the lights stay about as close as i can get them without trying to cause burning to the plant (2 inches away or so), theres only one 42W 6500k and one 42W 2700k in a y-splitter above the plant and then another 42W 6500k a few more inches away (on a diff plant, but still providing light).

Also i was feeding the plant 20-20-20 Art Knapp- All purpose plant food,about once a week but recently stopped, full strength (probably shouldnt of done full strength, but the plant was liking it in the beginning).

Yes i agree i do need to get a ph meter, but im not sure if the ph being out of balance would cause this much of a problem..but i could be wrong.

In each picture, I see dark wet soil. Let it dry out and only water when it starts to get "crispy" at the surface of the soil.

Your overfeeding it nutrients. When you give a plant too much food young, it kills it.

pH being off also means the plants cant absorb nutrients. 5.6-6.4 is good, anything else is bad.

You have enough symptoms of numerous different deficiencies that if it is not a pH problem I will be stunned. You have problems on all levels of the plant which likely means both mobile and immobile elements are deficient and if so that spells a major pH imbalance.

If so you do not want to change it rapidly. A quick major change in pH will shock your plants. So pick up a quality pH meter, make sure it is calibrated correctly and see what's going on and let people know so they can then advise you.
