SD's First Grow - 600w HPS

Great strains from what I've read. I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do with them!

I checked the order status and they should be shipped out within the next 3 days. The plan is to start them next week and veg thru the end of this first flower cycle (late January).

Thanks, I'm still waiting for something to clone. I was thinking about taking some cuttings off of one of the girls now since they've only been in flowering less than a week.

I need to build one of these and stop using these damn rapid rooter plugs. that bubbler would just make everything so much more easy.

It was very easy to make, the hardest part was taping up the damn thing.

Works great. The first attachment is of the roots of the little cutting on the left now. And the second attachment has a second cutting from the top of the first one. The little Bailey's bottle is a fully functional hempy bucket. lol

So on top of the Soma somango and the lil free kannabia seed i ordered last sunday, today i ordered TGASubcool- The void & The third Dimension (3D) + Greenhouse Strawberry haze, My free seed was Reserve Privada Kandy Kush and the 5 Dutch passion freebies. 9 strains for the price of 3!! I defintely good on genetics for a while. Im still gonna try and get that Cali Connection Blackwater and TGASubcool Querkle when they come back in stock. Yea man Im geeked lol! i like the coffe can cloner, im sure you could fit 8-20 clones in that small thing.
and SD you can take cuts when in flower they will be fine, specialy for only 1 week into flower

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I just started a new job (finally) and I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. On the plus side, they didn't do any testing I'm going to post some pics as soon as I get them uploaded.

It's been a week since I put the plants into 12/12 and so far 7 of 8 have showed me the goodies.

I'm confident that these are all males but wanted to get second opinions just to be sure - noobie jitters I guess.

I'm still waiting on this one.



And as an ode to Smelly, I've started some party cup seeds.



This should keep my flower room pretty busy. I'm thinking of getting another 600w HPS to fill out the room more but before that I still want to get a better setup in my veg space.

nice update, the ones you think are males look like it to me but like said above let them go another day or 2 to be sure. and hempy buckets is kinda like hydro but with no pumps and u can use all perlite or vermiculite and perlite. i have to go to work so cant explain it all, im sure some one will though and if not when i get off i will post a thread about them.
oh it looks like some of the plants that have dark green leafs and are kind clawing seem to have to much N or just over water.

Yea, they were males definitely. The balls finally started to cluster up so they're gone now.

Yepp, straight 12/12. Is there anything I should know going straight to flower from seed, like how to nute them or anything? O, and 3 of the 6 have sprouted.

oh it looks like some of the plants that have dark green leafs and are kind clawing seem to have to much N or just over water.

I think I got happy with the Grow Big, I've since backed off and noticed a difference. Once leaves curl like that do they ever go back to normal? The new growth is fine but the clawed leaves haven't changed much.

Thanks, it seems we've all been busy (work, school, etc), especially since its the holidays. Can't wait to see your plants when you get back!!

I've decided to change up my veg space with a 400w MH. I expect my seed order to get here sometime this week so for the time being I will continue to use my CFL's.

I would just start light on the nutes and obviously they don't need much veg nutes, maybe just feed them veg nutes until they show hairs which should be around 20 days

and also i do not know if the leafs go back to normal they might they might not, but either way it will not get worse

The party cuppers are doing well so far. I expected the stretch and they seem to be holding up nicely on their own for now. I'll post some pics in the near future.

I tracked my seed order and USPS says that it left their Jamaica, NY facility yesterday so I'm expecting the package tomorrow or Wednesday hopefully.

I wanted to order my MH from HTG Supply within the week. I plan on giving the new seeds the same veg time as this first batch - 6 weeks. I should be able to flip them when these are about done flowering.

I placed mine on the 1st. when i check on usps.com its been saying "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" since the 2nd. I hope my shit didnt get scooped. Attitude said it could take up to 21 days. I ordered 1 time before from attitude and they came. I placed two seperate back up orders just incase but man i hope everything is all good.

I'm probably going to order a 400w MH from HTGSupply later on this week or early next week. Other than the few yellowing leaves, it seems everything is going well.
