Hey SD glad to see everything is workin out for you. The girls are hella green. well at least you know they are eatn good. But yea if your soil was rich it probably still had a lot of goodeness in already but they look healthy so dont sweat it. give em like 2 clean water feedings next that way you know when you feed em they will be hungry.

And that lil lil one you are LST'n she looks FUNNY! LOL! Good stuff

I think I tied her down too far, oh well. I'm making notes for the next round.

Thanks, the biggest is about a foot, maybe a little taller.

Quick update...

I decided to go ahead and put the remaining two plants into flower and finally order some seeds. It'll be an early Christmas gift to myself. Still debating on what strain and whether to get feminized? Here's what I had in mind (all from Nirvana):

Pure Power Plant
Ice
White Widow
Bubblelicious

Thought about ordering up to 3 of these strains but just had the thought of ordering 1-2 and using the extra money to pick up the FF soluble tri-pack and make a decent cloner. Ah, decisions decisions...

Yea, I've been talking about it for a while but finally got tired of talking, time for some doing. Still not sure what strains tho, I want a good tasting one and a good yielding one.

Bubblicious and power plant. ive heard the ice is pretty bomb to. man i just orderd 1 female soma somango yesterday. it was like $37 with shipping. i hope that bitch cracks. Ive been wantin this strain for about 3 or 4 years and just found out they sell single seeds so i bought one. then this weekend imma order that querkle from TGA Subcool. yea they just some back in stock. and hopefully the seeds i just traded are some bomb. i got blue dream x acupulco gold grandaddy purp and a couple other ones. I needed to switch up strains though ive had BBK and BM for like 8 months. Im geeked

I thought about doing a couple of mass orders to stock up on seeds for the future, but then I realized how easy it could be to spend a couple hundred (even more) and I still have Christmas to think about :wall:

I hear TGA Subcool is a good breeder, I'm still trying to get in the know as far as reputable breeders and strains.

If I can figure out a better lighting situation in my veg room I would like to veg a plant from seed, take clones right before flower, veg cuttings for a few weeks, take clones off cuttings, flower clones, and repeat. That way I wouldn't have to keep a 'mother' but would still be able to keep a genetic 'chain'. I'm not even sure what I'm talking about is plausible.

Yea i feel you. That the same thing ive been doin with my strains. Thats the way to go. when you get your strains together the hard part is choosing which mom and strain you want to keep. you could have like 5 strains going and only enough room maybe for 2 or 3 moms. but its all good. i just believe in always having plants on deck clones, moms, keep everything stocked and youll never have down time in your bloom room. that my lil philosophy i try to live by.

your idea will work for sure and you wont have to keep mothers and that is good.
as for the seeds your ordering you made a good choice with the PPP it is a big yeilder alot of commercial growers grow it in Amsterdam and stuff cuz it produces alot, the smoke is not the best but i loved it. and the white widow is very good to. the other 2 strains i have not had or grown. i would also recommend reg seeds and not fem. fems are just more expensive and can cause just as many probs. id start with reg seeds, weed out the males and then clone the females

I think I'm going to go with PPP and Bubblelicious, regular seeds. I don't mind weeding out males. First things first tho, I need a better light setup for veg. I'm between a 4ft 6-8 tube fluoro fixture or a 400w MH. My veg space is about 3'W x 6'D.

I'm looking into an air cooled hood if I go the MH route. The ambient temp in my basement now is in the mid 60s.

Yea, it's great to come back and see your that your babies grew.

I've confirmed 2 females so far. I wish I could get pics but the preflowers are so damn small but I'm sure I see pistils.

i woul djust go with the 400 then, i always veg under a 200 watt cfl cuz it vegs 18 plants just perfectly for me and is low cost to run and no heat probs
