Yeah, I have a little foil in there, I didn't mention it to keep some trolls out. I might use a turkey baking pan or w/e the fuck. and might add more reflectors.
Something you might want, or even need, and should consider when you have a few more doll-hairs to spend is something like a flexible or adjustable light socket extension.

Something basically like this:

Standard Screw-in Socket Extender with Flexible Neck

They come in different lengths and some are flexible and some are more rigid but hinged and some have what is basically a Y-splitter built in so you could use two bulbs for each. You will be able to position your lights better with something like that.

Also if you come up with a few more doll-hairs you could add something else.

I am sure you have seen work lights like this:

Well you can purchase just the reflector part without the clamp or socket and add it to something like the flexible extender I showed above. They are inexpensive, some are very inexpensive and are made from white plastic rather than aluminum.

The combination of the two items would allow you to better reflect and direct the light you have to use, and they are not all that expensive.

Next time the weather breaks and you can mush your way through the frozen tundra of New Jersey and you stop by a Lowes or Home Depot or something look around and see what they have and what they cost. You might end up coming home with one or two of them or maybe just end up adding it you next shopping list.

Yeah, I'm using Daylight bulbs btw. and my fixture tells me the max watts at the top. I think I can fit 8 up there. I think I might get rid of the soft white bulbs as they are really doing shit. I'm trying to find evidence of successful Daylight cfl only grows. because these soft whites are super soft.

If you guys have any input on daylight only. I could really use that. I can't find anything.

I'm cutting up some white clothes hangers right now to lst all these plants towards the rim of the basket. I'm going to try and get more bulbs and Y splitters soon to max out my ceiling power or be close. all the bulbs will provide a much wider range which is why I'm going to stress all these plants outwards so they all get sexed up by the light a little bit

I get the science in that graph says that each of my bulb varieties are at around the 2 maximum peaks and the 2 smaller peaks. I'm just going to add 2 more 2-8 more daylight bulbs as soon as I can. w/e watts I can pick up at the time is what I'll get.

Major question I just thought of... max wattage. True watts or the watt equivalents?
daylight 6500k is what im using in my veg chamber, thats the temp they like for veggin, then when they flower they like warmer light ( redder Spectrum)

i dont use it no more as to much heat built up in. but i do still grow in a cardborad box, LoL.

taf, you know you could setup a deal like the small box for less than $20.
once I can find some lights that are portable I'll fix shit around here. I'm in a fast mood right now, babes. I have 3 great boxes, an epic dresser, great closet spot. I tried to get lights that were plug-in / portable with the Y splitters but the store did not have any. that's why im with the ceiling still. I might have to keep it that way until january 2nd. I'll have a little money then to buy a bunch of lights and will be able to move my grow to a safe level

bro, that setup is done with a 99 cent extension cord, a plug to socket adapter and some Y adapters from home depot and a couple plastic tie wraps, its real easy. no light fixtures needed. all of that would only cost less than $10 and 3 or 4 dollars for the box.

yeah concord, there was nothing I could do about the store not having them... I took the last Y splitter in the whole entire department store.... that was my plan, this was my only move available. they were out of the socket-to-light shit :(
give me less than 2 weeks and i'll have a dandy ass setup. I probably won't be allowed in the ghetto grow thread anymore

lol.... my dad just barged in my room asking me to fix his sound on his computer....

He saw my setup and said. "what the hell is that.. is that some sort of art work?" I responded " yeah, i've been going a little crazy lately, what do you need?" "he said "what" and just staring at my tower and the foil LOL. then I just assisted him out the door and fixed his shit for him. quite funny, but ehhhh. good thing my plants were in the closet for night shift. he saw my array of bulbs reflectors. and he has grow-op experience. my dad isn't the type of guy to confront. that is 1 trait we share next to asshole-ism. we don't like confrontation. we mind our own business. I think all is well. I'm sure he knows what's up, my dad is a solver

yeah bricktop. I have no idea why the department store was out of those socket light things. but that was my plant. still is my main plan

lights, lights, lights and money and sex and nutrients. that's all my life has been about lately

I'll provide more pictures later as my computer works and the integrated camera can take plentiful pictures. just not too much tilting on the basket

or I guess I could pick up the 35lb monitor and hold it like it's a camera...
