I too am speaking from experience. I had a DUI 5 years ago, took random UA's for 8 months and was never dirty, even though I was high every day. Water dilutes metabolites - it works!

alongside your regimen of water through up until the time you go pee, you should also take a cleanse kit, followed by a package of sure jel dissolved in some water, coats you good 5yrs probation
