4x4 sun soaker? too much????

Would a 4x4 sun soaker be to much for a 400 watt setup? I want more light dispersal the one that came with it is barely enough for one plant. But I dont want it spread out so much its weak so........

I so wanted one of those reflectors!!!!! But I iz so poor. I say go for it!

its definately better than having no shade on account of the lumens moving up instead of down. im gonna get a sun soaker when i switch to indoors

i have two of the mini sun soakers for 600s and i like them i woulda got those but i didnt have the horizontal space
