can't wait for the switch! Again they are looking great
Thanks dude. Its known as the 'vagina' within my growing circle here. Just 1 1/2in. Owens Corning pink foam panels assembled with 4 inch wood screws. Entry door on 2 sides. 4X4X7 Blockbuster hood w/600 Hortilux. You can cover the panels with mylar before assembly. Its a simple and effective design. Absolutely no power tools required. Although a jigsaw and screwgun speed things up a bit...I love your bloom room, its very effective for the space given, it makes u a better farmer having to deal with a space like that...
Ive been looking at the G-13 and wish the best for the grow...
Thanks man. I cant wait either to see how many gals we got out these first 5 beans......can't wait for the switch! Again they are looking great
I hear ya but I like to grow big plants. 3 more panels and you could easily add another 4X4 to the side of the existing room. My plan is to add a 3X3X6 to the side of it for veg. Running a 400. As it is now the light hangs directly from the ceiling, no adjustment. I just raise the pots in the beginning to get them about 32 inches away. When the pots hit the floor I just allow the plants grow to the light. Actually let the LSD get a bit tall and pushing the height limit.....And I have a medical limit of 12 so I only need to flower 6 at a time at most. Usually just 4...looking at it u do have a lot of vertical space u have that maybe u could take advantage of by cutting it in half by placing an extra floor to give u 2flowering rooms... u'll needde extra light and all but no further intake nor exhaust...
Knowing my greedy ass i want as much in flower as i can fit...
u know..? Over grow that bitch..
I see... I usually look for yields in a time for rainy days, as im all ways in and out locations alot...I couldnt run a 600 in a 3 1/2 foot space. A 400 would be pushing it on height and not enough light to cover the corners. You would almost have to run fluorescents. Nothing againt them but will not produce the buds I am looking for....personal medical grow. Quality is goal one. Yield is not that big of a deal. Most of the time I grow organic....
are you a fan of Sour Cream? i grew it last year and was not impressed at all.Cool beans Dubz..... The flower chamber is beginning to get interesting. It should give us some bud porn the next few weeks during this boring veg time with the 13s. LSD, Sharksbreath, Sour Cream, Master Kush and the Blue Cheese.View attachment 1349530View attachment 1349525View attachment 1349520View attachment 1349515View attachment 1349512
the growing easy part you are correct. i let it go 10 weeks and it just turned milky after that..and smoking it blah..hopefully it was just something i did wrong..Its a freebie, first time growing it. All I can say at this point sure is a nice structured plant and easy to grow...

Or possibly just a bland pheno...who knows. Least now we will have a comparison. I had a Sharkbreath last year that looked awesome with NO buzz what so ever. Just never know. Thats why I always have some strains going I can count on.......the growing easy part you are correct. i let it go 10 weeks and it just turned milky after that..and smoking it blah..hopefully it was just something i did wrong..
Thanks and Welcome to the thread and RIU. Lots of good folks here willing to help.Great thread! I am a complete noob here about to start the adventure. I appreciate all of the knowledge you can get on here just by reading. Going to start with a couple under CFL for my first go 'round just to get my feet wet.
I agree. The paper towel method invites trouble. Do it like nature does(least close as possible)and plant them right into moist medium and keep warm. I use peat pellets soaked in a light solution of Superthrive and Technafloras Awesome Blossoms. 2-11-11 P and K are very import in root growth and cell division.i've started germing my seeds directly in rockwool cubes. After this bad experience i just had with nirvana i dont even want to touch the seeds or breath on them once they get wet lol. I've never had seeds as sensitive as those anyways, poppin em straight into rockwool i like better than soil because i like to pack my soil so lightly into the cups that when i water it tends to blow some of the top soil around and it exposes my seed so i've taken to just dipping my cubes in a cup of water works like a charm. I dont know if anyone has ever tried that method but i like it, gave me better luck than on a paper towel covered with plastic. *shrugs* hope my seeds i just planted pop out soon its been a few days and its the last of my seed order from nirvana and im gettin antsy to order more seeds because these didnt work that well.
For that matter i hope they turn out half as good as whats going down in here right now. Im concerned about the gene pool of these seeds.
