So she is in dire need of something! I'm a noob here and I am trying to figure out whats up with her. Just from the pic she looks like she has a N deficiency but I used grow big at 1/4 teaspoon and it just burned her. PH is always diled in at 6.3-6.8 and humidity is a little low at 38-45%, temp is always 78-88. Growing in Black Gold all purpose organic soil, water every 3-4 days depending on how she feels. Have four 6500K Daylight CFL's at 3-4 inches from tips and 150W HPS at 12 inches from top. Growing in closet but have doors open at all times and have the window cracked for more fresh air.

She is literally on day 56 of Veg and is only 12 inches tall. She has always had that yellowish tint to her and has grown very slow in my opinion. What the F is wrong with her?

first of all what strain is this? i see very little branching? maybe you have a low strain or something. i would get the plant out of that soil, loosen the rootball in a bath of water, then i would repot it in a different brand, but check the nute levels in the soils, the ph etc and get one with a good long track record, then dont overwater or feed anything for two or three weeks. ive never heard of the soil you are using but often the supersoils have too much nute for many plants, all mix has an ec of well over 2.00 this is too rich for young plants, i would use john innes number 3

lol, your joking right? 11 inches of growth should take like 8-10 days under good lights.

I am almost harvesting at day 57, (I run a no veg). But there is a problem, are you sure the soils PH is at 6.5 ?

What type of dirt is it?

thats a midget for 8 weeks old. man the only thing i can think of is she stressed as a seedling and never recovered properly. Sounds like you knowwhat your doing. Ditch it ,start again and cut your losses.

So the strain is Soma's Lavender and I know for a fact she grows to some heights/ not like haze though. Tried correcting the humidity issue in my closet and only raised it from 38% to 43% setting out 10 gallons of water in two 5 gallon buckets. Ya I am going to pull this little trouble maker although I did learn alot from it. My next grow is going to be Barney's Sweet Tooth and Strawberry Cough/Kush whatever u want to call it lol.

Ok so I am going to make a trip to the hydroponics shop, got some money to blow lol.

Roots organic all-purpose soil
PPM/PH meter
Mylar
150W MH replacement bulb for my sunsystem 150W HPS Ballast
Plus a cheap Vicks humidifier for my humidity issue.

I have everything else:
4 6500K daylight CFL's
4 2700K soft white CFL's
150W HPS
Grow Big
Big Bloom
PH up and down
RO filter

What else do I need?

oops, i misread xD haha yeah its kinda small for 57 days . mines that old i think , but shes only a foot or so

Sounds good to me. I'm not familiar with the soil all purpose I assume it has everything it needs, otherwise I would add worm castings to the soil. I used to use BG and WC +50/50 perlite just like the SOG videos.

I'm not sure how you did it but start in a smaller pot and gradually upgrade to let the roots grow into fresh soil and help with overwatering which I feel may be your problem. A good potting soil really doesn't even need fertilizer for a few weeks so don't overdo it with the grow big.

It is just the natural organic potting soil. It is flushed to shit right away so it has a low EC. Don't want to overdo it with the nutes so that is why I picked this soil. Less nutes means less stress on my baby.

Do u think I should just throw her in a 1 gallon pot then a 3 gallon when the roots show? What are the dimensions usually for a 3 gallon pot and a 1 gallon? Can I grow a nice plant all the way to the end of flowering with a 3 gallon?

rule of thumb is 1 gallon per month of living. Most of mine are in 3 gallon containers. I usually start seeds in 2" square pots because I have had the best success thatway but also regular plastic or styrofoam cups are good too than move up to the gallons han 3 gallons. Transplanting is easy so don't worry about hurting your plants. When the medium is dry you can just slide it all right out.

here's an example of pots I start in, a 1 gallon, a 3 gallon and finally 5 gallon containers.

cool sounds good pipe dream! What is that round object your plant is in on the first pic? Nice christmas trees lol

Drainage is fine, aeration is fine and I have flushed two times in her life. That pic u see on the first page was 5 days after a flush. Honestly this plant has been giving me more trouble than I can handle plus I found this today!
