I dont think it's as bad as the stoner legends make it out to be, but everyone in my circle that is old enough to speak of smoking in those days has a vivid, not too fond memory of smoking the 'paraquat pot'....

Well I've smoked plenty of it. It got the most play from Paraquat Kelly a local DJ who even put it in his name, but that was about the worst of it.

At worst, just a tactic from the drug forces to scare the potheads. The U.S. Government & the Mexican government at the time came public, indicating that it was not a health threat.

I was there, I grew up then... the 60's.

they're US citizens. I spent 2 of my 5 college years down there.
