Did you try the sand paper in a match box trick with your seeds? You should give it a shot, what cha got to loose???

They aren't gonna grow. All the seeds did the same thing. They would split to let the taproot out, but no root ever came out. Like I said, I did do what you suggested, scarification. I did that after I left them in the paper towel for three days. They were doomed from the start.

That looks really good my man. I actually cut off a branch today to do some testing. I wanted to see if flushing really makes a difference. So, I cut a branch off to dry out ahead of time. It was taken off the plant while still receiving CalMag and Sugar Daddy (molasses). I will take the rest of the plant next week, after flushing with water for a week. I am putting up a pic of the bud I just cut down. It looks just like the description pic on attitude.

I decided I would do a comparison of buds that were flushed and buds that were not flushed. I will tie this experiment in with this grow instead of using a new thread. I want to know everything from potency to how it burns. Maybe, I can crush a few myths and verify some facts.

Here is the branch I cut off with one of my medium sized buds. She looks delicious and looks just like the description picture on The Attitude. Once it dries thoroughly, I will pack one up and do a taste test. Then, I will cure this same bud and do another test.

Yeah, no more Greenhouse for me until Attitude gets rid of some old stock. My theory is do not order a strain that has been out for a while, but doesn't get many buyers. Old stock = bad seeds

Thanks. It was more hectic around Christmas for me. I had some pruning to do and was trying to take a clone in flower from my Kandy Kush. That shit is hard! I am pretty skilled at growing, but cloning deep in flower is an advanced technique. You could take ten clones and none of them survive. I almost think it is up to chance somewhat. Hope you have a Happy New Year as well and hope you have a banner harvest as well.

yeah, trying to find one that jumps out at you nowadays is very difficult. I think the number of strains have quadrupled since I got out of the military in '04. I bet if you bought all of the strains that you like, you would have a few grand in seeds.

The last time I grew was in 93 or 94, the only seeds we could get back then were bag seeds. So we saved the ak's, skunk, og kush, and all that and kept em going haha.
The only place I get my seeds from is SSB. I've never had a dud from them. Shipping was super fast, and the free seeds they send are great! I got super lemon haze, iced grapefruit, blue widdow, critical + just to name a few and they were all fem. One order I made I only bought 2 fem seeds and they sent me 3 free fem seeds - Jock Horror, purple jems, and thunderbud haze. So I'm happy with them and I'll never order from elsewhere unless I want more than 5 seeds at a time. Tude has better bulk $ than if you order 5 from SSB. But it's a great place to try out different strains with out spending a crazy amount of money.

Nah never ordered from them, I just stick with the 'tude.. good point on the old stock, I'll have too look out for that because I think I've gotten some old beans from them myself, which is really annoying.

I ordered seeds of the PurpleWreck as soon as Attitude got them in stock and none of them germinated properly and died. They were brand new stock too. Shit happens but its bullshit.
