So what would happen if you notified the local police force, media etc. that you are done dealing with this stuff. Say you got a group of people together who all agreed to police themselves, arm themselves, protect themselves, etc. You don't trust the police force so you've taken matters into your own hands.
Basically, what is it that gives cops the right to handcuff people and essentially, if any one of us did the same thing it would be, kidnap them? A pass grade in the police academy?
It doesn't seem to matter to the police that they've lost this essential trust from the civilian community. One would think it would be a requirement to ones job, if they are a police officer, not only to ensure PUBLIC safety, but the officers OWN safety as well. If we can't trust them, I guarantee they don't trust us. They consider every one of us GUILTY until proven INNOCENT, and that's the way they've been trained.
All of us, even as law abiding citizens, feel our stomach sink when a cop rolls up behind us. If you're one of the few who doesn't, you need to take a look around at reality.
I think most of us would have no problem policing and protecting ourselves from any kind of criminal activity. The stuff police would be good for are things the average person CAN'T take care of themselves. They shouldn't be out there enforcing speed traps and giving out speed tickets to people going 4 miles over the limit, that's bullshit. It does no good for our society and just pisses people off, especially in this economy. 4 miles over the fucking limit isn't going to matter. Cops need to have better discretion regarding that kind of stuff.
Yeah, fuck the police.
