i foliar feed with magic green by house and garden..only once or twice tho in the beginning of the cycle.

I like Jacks Classic 20-20-20. Great foliar feed as well as regular veg ferts.

I use magic Green too! (H&G) every other week (as per directions throughout their lifecycle it's the bomb! my ladies love it! Highly recommend. Happy growing!

I can recommend a few things...
Botanicare Liquid Karma - derived from Kelp; also contains humic & fulvic acids, yucca extract, fermented compost, amino acids, carbohydrates. Very low (virtually non-existent) NPK of 0.1-0.1-0.5 and quite user-friendly. This is the most expensive supplement I use, but it is very complete/complex in terms of what it actually has to offer to the rhizosphere, microbes and the plant in general. It is used at a maximum rate of 10 ml/gal for most purposes (half that for foliar).
Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow/Bloom - very complete (one-part) liquid fertilizers that are all natural/organic according to Botanicare. A-Okay as far as the ingredient list goes, but really not suitable/ideal for true living soil organics because the product is a straight up liquid without any organic matter whatsoever. This makes it quite excellent for foliar applications, though, and as a soil organics grower that is all I use this stuff for. I like that both Bloom/Grow formulas aren't stingy on the K, which frequently seems left out of most other liquid fertilizers.
Organicare Huvega - a good magnesium sulfate formula suitable for foliar application to prevent and cure Mg deficiencies. It also contains a plethora of other minerals.
Earth Juice Catalyst - oat bran, kelp, wheat malt, molasses, yeast. Another carbohydrate, vitamin, amino acid, hormone and enzyme supplement. Can be used in conjunction with most other liquid fertilizers or supplements including for foliar.
Earth Juice Microblast - the best micro-nutrient/trace mineral supplement ever. Perfect for foliar spraying, prevention and treatment of micro-nutrient deficiencies.
The absolute best thing for foliar applications is an actively aerated compost tea. You can brew a basic tea with a cup of compost, earthworm castings or humus (alternatively Humega could be used) to a gallon of clean, un-chlorinated water in addition to a dry or liquid general purpose organic fertilizer and/or guano, kelp, molasses or Earth Juice Catalyst or Liquid Karma. Aerate with an aquarium pump/air stone in a warm place for 24-72 hours, strain if necessary with a coffee filter or fabric and dilute 1 part freshly brewed tea to 3 or 4 parts clean water. I dilute until I achieve a ppm of around 700 for more mature plants, or around 300 for young clones or seedlings. Adjusting pH is not necessary as the diluted solution usually comes out with a pH upwards of 6.0 naturally.

I posted earlier that i use Magic green, It is great. But agree tea's r the best. I brew my own W/Bountea Tea kit. They love to drink the brew too! happy growing!
