Three years ago, I got a years worth of free netflix from a relative for Christmas. I got it hooked up, but back then they didn't really have the streaming capabilities, it was all by mail. Anyways, like 2 months ago I realized that I've been being billed for it this whole time. Like, it was in the fine print somewhere that when the gift certificate expires they just tap into your bank. That's when I decided to NEVER give Netflix another dollar. But now I want it again. :(
 
I just rent 1 movie a month from netflix just for the streaming. I love it........I still have the first DVD from 6 months ago I havent sent back LOL
 
Love netflix, have it on everything FDD does as well hahaha. The phone version is somewhat hoompty but it does work.

Netflix streaming was pretty cool, but obsolete already if you can stream torrent files. I watched True Grit on my TV 2 weeks ago
 
i need to find out how to use all this new stuff we have a tv that is ready for all this and it would save me a bunch of money over the dish i have now

i get no dvd's. i simply stream it all.

i noticed the "auto pay" feature when i signed up. i'll make sure to "cancel" my membership when i want out. ;) bongsmilie

Don't do the 3 month reminder. They will automatically charge you when your 3 months off is up.
 
The good thing about it you can add friends and watch movies with them.Netflix really is good and it has the search movie option now which makes it better.Besides it plays whats on cable anyway.
 
besides hulu where is a safe place to watch a movie without spyware and virus I just download my movies off the USENET get day they go in theatre but some are crap cam captures......so its a hit and miss..........
 
If your TV/bluray has PC streaming:

1) Download Utorrent
2) Go to www.btjunkie.org
3) Search and Download movie

There are some bad ones, so I only download the movies that have been reviewed by a few people. Then they are safe. You get the hang of it quickly. After I did, I cancelled Netflix.
