Avoiding early outdoor flowering/transplant

I am hoping for some "what would you do" to this question.
In Upstate NY, and typically we are safe to go out in/around JUNE 1.

Am going to start cloning APRIL 1
Rooted/ and in 16 oz. cups by APRIL 15

Now, here's my dilemma:
I do not want any chance of these White Rhino cuttings going into an early flower on JUNE 1 when they go outside. Outdoor light on JUNE 7= 15 hrs. exactly

(this 14 days from summer Solstice-longest day of the year)

Typically, any plant grown from SEED and put out in these conditions, coming from 18 hrs. of indoor light do just find and they transition right through the summer season to flowering in August perfectly. Now, with the cuttings, coming from a Mom, that is on 17 hrs. of indoor light, My thought is that keeping the cuttings on this cycle and then putting them out will almost certainly trigger a flowering response. But, there is some contradiction with the light. It will want to start flowering because the indoor light was @ 17 hrs.-but it will also want to Veg, for the daylight outside will be @ 15 hrs.
SHOULD I 12/12 THE CLONES IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ARE ROOTED INSIDE FOR, SAY 1 WEEK, TO GET THE WHOLE FLOWERING RESPONSE OUT OF THE WAY? AND THEN GRADUALLY WORK RIGHT BACK UP TO 14 HRS. OF INDOOR LIGHT, OVER THE COURSE OF 5 WEEKS TO AID THE TRANSITION INTO 15 HRS. OF OUTDOOR LIGHT? SO THEY CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF THE OUTSIDE VEGGING SEASON AND AVOID THE WHOLE EARLY FLOWER,RE-VEGETATIVE THEN BACK TO FLOWER IN AUGUST? or, JUST CLONE AND LOWER THE LIGHTS OVER 5 WEEKS TO 15 AND PUT THEM OUT JUNE 7 ?

This happened last year and it wasted alot of precious growing time....this has really got me torn on what to do. Any growers with knowledge of working with this particular geographical area and/OR WHITE RHINO..... what you do to avoid this, would really be APPRECIATED. Blessings-

Clones are definatly touchy when putting em outside.
Just get the light cycle equal to the hrs light outside, by gradualy lowering the hrs of light.
I droped an hr every 2 weeks last year.
But you could put em in 15/9 from clone an they should be good.

DONT GIVE EM 12/12 indoors?
That for finding the sex of seeds, the clones should be all fem.

You know, I have been out west for about 15 years. and just moved back 2 seasons ago.All my outdoor growin in ny was when I was in my 20's. Late 80's and early 1990's.Back then, wasnt really aware of all the Cloning aspects and leaps in Botany, so we grew shwag and thought we were doin something special. lol.
There are always those old timers out there that have designed there own strain, and it has accustomed itself to the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mtns. very nicely over the last 25 years or so.These old timers are set in there ways and arent really into expandind the knowledge, which is what i got growing in the west. These guys are creatures of habit in these small country towns. lol so they got some really bomber "homegrown" strains....
So alot of things have changed, There are so many amazing strains now that will do great in these areas.
Since I am back now and workin from scratch to get up and goin', I chose White Rhino. Quick to flower before those damn cold and wet late september nights.Plus hunting season takes off shortly thereafter, so risks of getting rot, unfinished plants, and the losers that like to rip peoples shit....i figured I go with a big yeilder, and fast finisher.

Now that I am workin with clones, and hopin to get about 150 outside for the summer, I dont want those girls triggering early and wasting those precious summer days and getting itself all confused, rather have them blend right in to the grow season and finish out of some substantial size......ya know?
Outdoor growin round' these parts definately kicks ass though...

My thought is that keeping the cuttings on this cycle and then putting them out will almost certainly trigger a flowering response.
I'm curious why this might be so? I have limited experience outdoors. In my experience, the plant's bloom cycle cares about the hours not the environment.

If I understood you correctly.... I would not slam them into 12/12 only to change that again. If you do a 12/12 early/inside then you are commanding them to flower instead of asking them not to flower.

I best like the idea about keeping them until 6/7 under lights then putting them out.

Right on....That what i have decided to do. I was thinking, that since they are coming from a long lights on cycle inside, going outdoors in a 14 hr. natural light cycle would be just enough of a transition for them to think its time to flower...and thats what i dont want.(in regards to "the plants bloom cycle cares about the hours not the enviroment).
thanx 4 your time man...............................................
