Can tell those nugs are getting super thick inbetween each leaf! nice work. Im just imagining how much it would grow if u had the same lights i have haha, they are immensly powerful, and huge.

Is that just 1 plant? or do u have more veggin' around somewhere?

Thanks CD...steady as she goes. Any takers on a yield guess? My girl started tossing out pistols 15 days ago. How long do I have to go till she gets harvested. Does the times listed start when I switched to 12/12 or when she actually showed flowers. I am thinking the later but I would like some clarification.

Thanks hmk! Thats the one and only. Since this was my first go around I wanted to keep thing as simple as possible. Next time I can see whats the what. I cant really make another cabinet right now so I will probably make another plant using a different strain. I have (6) 23w bulbs on one plant in much closer proximity to negate any intensity loss. I knew the smaller bulbs didnt emit as much light farher out so I made sure to keep them close. Has worked like a charm. I actually have 8 more watts per plant than what you have going. I used a light meter to make sure that the surface area of my girl didnt get less than 1k lumens.

So far so good. I may try that set up and see what the difference would be if I had two 65w bulbs in my cabinet. Sounds like a future experiment..lol.

Oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Those buds are filling out very nicely and getting frosty. The flowering time used by seed banks begins when sex is determined. When I verify that my plant is female is when I start counting my days of flowering. If the flowering time is 8 weeks then I know from the time sex is determined I have 56 days of flowering ( I add 2 weeks to the time given) before I harvest. I can't wait to see them 3 weeks from now, they are going to be huge. Northern Light is going to be my next grow!!! Can your lights be raised, I just wondering how much vertical room do you have left for the buds to grow upward? I going to put my bid in on how much you will yield off Babygirl (my name for your baby sine I don't know her name): I going for 70 grams dry weight.

For those willing to do so, I would like you to go back and look at the pictures that I took and help me determine exactly when you think she showed sex and when she started showing actual flowers. I am trying to pin down when the harvest is supposed to be.

The pictures to look at start on page 12. From then on they are on pages 13, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, and 25. I am thinking that I have 5-6 weeks left before I harvest. I trust you all so give me your best input!

Wudup arch-i count from when i KNOW its budding.which i think was 13days after switch to 12/12. Tga said 55-60days & it was dead nuts on. Everyones different tho- btw,im puttin a guess of 2/2.5 oz dry.

Good then Im not insane..lol. I was thinking the around the first week of March also. I will still keep a close eye on trichome development. After all that is the true tale of the tape. I will make a nice summary of the grow when it is all finished and try to break it down as exact as I can. I really cant wait for the smoke report. I am stoked that so far it seems that at least 2 ounces from this grow is possible to you all watching. Thanks for putting that good energy out there. I am not a freak about things like that but I do believe in keeping a good vibe.

Do you have a problem with some of the lower leafs getting covered in dirt when you water? Two of my fan leafs(that I can see) lay on the dirt and every time I water I have to lift up her skirt and spray em down, kind of a hassle.

yeah, i'm with chief on this one, though my estimate was a day or two later. in any case, you're about 3 weeks flowering by now, and by late feb i'm sure you'll have a lot of good advice on when best to chop from all the experts here following your thread! keep snapping pics (as i'm sure you will) and you will notice how the buds slowly age, hairs recede, until the buds sort of crystalize... it'll be a sight to see

A friend just got the same seeds from nirvana NL#5 and they looked a little on the small side and pale/greyish. Just curious what your seeds looked like

Cool beans man! Thanks for putting me on track. I gave my plant my wifes name so I am bound to keep that at home..but trust me she has a good name. As for 2 z's...I am down with that..lol. If i get that amount it would average to 2.4 grams per watt.

Thanks Smokey. I am not using any odor control at the moment. If I had to use something though I would probably try the Ona gel. They seem pretty simple and to work for slight odor issues.
