Right i got
3 x 600w hps lights
1 x 250w cfl
1 x 5" extractor fan 230cfm
2 x 16" oscillating fans
2 x air coolers/humidifiers
Grow room is 7'x7'x7' panda reflective plactic, 8 plants 7 wks from seed still vegging.
My problem is max temp is 92f thats with 2 hps lights and 1 cfl light on and leaving grow room door open, next grow will have 3 hps lights on also if i leave on 2 air coolers humidity goes up to 85% with lights off usually stays around 45-55% with lights on.

How can i get heat down to about 75-80 without getting AC unit?
Will a bigger fan solve problem something like 750cfm or more?
Any suggestions really appreciated, thank you in advance.

Wow, i may be wrong here but you don't need that much light for 4 plants. actually i wouldn't personally use even half that, cut the light and get your temps back to the 75-80 range. and a word to the wise, the police use the exhaust from homes to target potential grows, guess it depends on where you live though. good luck

Hardcore mate ! there's no need at all for the 250CFL cos the 600HPS goes way above that you could try air cooled reflectors or water cooled thats gonna be the only way by extracting the heat direct from the bulbs you must do something about it soon cos you will get mould trough flowering ..

It amazes me with all the advice that no one asks the most important question. What is the ambiant temp at your intake? where are you venting the hot air to? Are you running air cooled hoods?

yeah was thinking of that option but dont wanna spend money and then find out that fan doesnt make a difference do u think a fairly powerful fan about 750cfm to 1000cfm will cool room with 6 hps 600w??

ambient temp at intake is around 60f venting hot air outside the house, dont have air cooled hoods have open style bat wing reflectors

you should start with buying three air cooled hoods. direct that heat to another room or outside and keep the fan your using. three cooltubes delivered is under 300 bucks.

yeah air cooled hoods seem to be the best option. kinda have no money at the moment would putting a frozen 3gal bucket of ice help at all till i get air cooled hoods
