the reds look brown when they are hot. the first pic it was at 800 degrees. once it gets down to 400 or so the red turns back to red. it's pretty cool because until it comes out of the kiln i really don't know what it looks like.wow that's amazing how much the colors change since that first pic you took of it...

oo I"ll be watching that looks like it's gonna be awesomei made some lined tubing with striking colors yesterday. gotta see what i can do with it now. it could be quite interesting.
