Attitude Seedbank Not a good place to get beans! Buyers beware!

Hey guys here is my story with the tude. I bought some Reserva Pravada/ DNA genetics beans from the tude. I got Cateract Kush and Sour Kush. Everything that happened is in my e-mail so read on. Just so you guys know if you buy from them they don't care if you get ripped off or what beans you get because they only sell them as "souvenirs"

Hey I was just writing this letter to let you guys know about a problem that I have with my Kush order from DNA and Reserva Pravada. Let me let you guys know first off that I am a Medical Marijuana patient in USA so I am allowed to grow 15 MMJ plants. Here is my order that I placed with you guys back in Sept 2010. Well all my seeds germinated fine and grew out nice and healthy. The problem that I ran into was in flower, My Catereact Kush hermied on me, and my Sour Kush looked nothing like the picture “and I know the picture is of a plant grown in optimal growing conditions” nor did it live up to the description on your website. I have been growing for a few years now and by no means do I consider myself an expert but I do know how to grow.

I am writing this to let you guys know that some of your seeds that you are selling are not up to par and I wish I knew that before I placed my last order of the OG Kush from R/P! I will just have to hope for the best that those don’t hermie on me. I know you guys can’t control every breeder on your site but promoting the crap out of them like they are the next biggest thing and they are selling Hermie seeds is in my opinion bad business. From my experience I would never buy R/P or DNA seeds again! At least I know with Nirvana seeds they have a 50-50 chance of hermie on me but I know that going in and I also pay 1/3 of the price for them!

I guess I am just pissed that I wasted so much time growing out what are supposed to be “good genetics” just to have to cut down 3 clones 25 days into flower due to the mothers being hermie and one plant that just looked nothing like described on your site. I have a person on my end encouraging me to try out Green House seeds due to them being good breeders that don’t have hermie issues but R/P was supposed to be good to. Just a heads up for you guys, I know you probably don’t care to much if a few people are disappointed in a few of your breeders on your site but I figured I would tell ya anyway.

HAd the SAME problem with DNA my rocklock fem seed gave me 90% Hermie/MALEs when they were 2 weeks into flower.
Your Problem is with DNA not the seed Broker.
I wrote DNA a similar letter to yours and DNA sent me back a list of questions, which I replied 2 and they have yet to reply its been 2 weeks now.
Something is wrong at DNA... Your shit went Male, mine went male and if you look on this site we aren't the only ones.

Did you email DNA. Attitude has nothing to do with the seeds themselves, just providing a selection of different breeders all on one site. Emailing DNA and explaining the situation, I think you would have a way better chance

I had a hermie problem with the rocklock. But that doesnt stop me from thinking that DNA is one of the best breeders on attitude. I have read a lot on here over the years and have read more positive posts about DNA then negative.

Don't blame Attitude.................it's clearly a breeder issue. Unless they arrive smashed, Attitude won't assume any responsibility- EVER!!! I've heard of numerous issues with DNA and TH Seeds, especially the freebies that have been given out during the last 6 months or so. Most mentioned is the high % of males OR hermies..........
 
Sorry to hear about your issues. I have to say though that I placed an order a couple weeks ago and got the correct stuff in about a week to midwest us. Of course who knows if they are what they say they are (Gonna watch the Dennis Green video again). They were at least labeled correctly. I'm a noob but I'm pretty sure you can't tell much by looking at the seed. I was actually wondering when people talk about phenotypes if it's actually a slightly different strain sometimes. You really have to trust that they have good quality control in the warehouse I guess. In this case though, it seems as if they just didn't care or were out of stock and sent you other stuff to complete the order. I'm rambling, sorry about you situation.

I have had 2 orders wit Attitude. Both have had problems. Blue Cheese half did not germinate. 3 Void seed 2 did not germinate, one was a male. And not one of the freebies where worth while. Some did germinate, some where male, some where hermies.
I emailed them twice. One was write sort of stealth the way some on here have said they got a response. Its a shame but they will know longer get my business.

Yeah I mailed DNA and they told me they didn't mail to the US and that if I lived in Amsterdam they could replace the beans. So if you live anywhere but Amsterdam you are fucked!
 
My problem is Attitude seems to have such a superior selection and so far (first time ordering from them and haven't seen any 'results' yet) my experience with them has been good. Hmmmm. I don't mean to hijack the thread but what do you suggest for a seed bank. I've been to a few mentioned here and haven't been as impressed with the selection.

If you have had problems with hermie why would you think they are one of the best breeders? How the fuck does that make sense? A good breeder wont have a hermie problem with their fem seeds!

attitude prices are getting bigger the sell most autos over 10 pounds each and other sites charge 5 to 7 pounds
+there free seeds mostly turn out bad

Attitude is offering a service! Why not blame them? If I sell you a used car and it catches on fire on your way home and you come back to me would it be cool for me to tell you not to blame me, to go talk to the car maker? It is piss poor coustomer service, and that is what I want to put out. If you buy from the tude you get what you get and if there are any problems with your seeds you have no options at all! At least with Nirvana and Sannies they will replace beans if you have a problem!

I think that there are better options out there and they have great coustomer service. Nirvana has the best IMHO. And like I said I have had Nirvana beans hermie on me but I would rather pay $30 for beans that are going to hermie on me rather than 110 for shit beans from a "good breeder".

Hey bro take a look at Sannies he has great genetics at a good price, and Nirvana will replace your beans if you have ANY problem. Now with Nirvana you may have some hermie issues but it is late in the flower stage and they grow bananas that if you stay on top of them it is managable. My bet is go with Sannies! ;)

and there you have it folks..... that's why you don't buy fem seeds, if you germ seeds get regular and weed out the males...works good everytime..only ordered from tude once but would tell anyone to order from them, got my shit in 7 days. my 3 fem freebies all germed and they were fem, also all of my main beans i ordered germed up nicely as well, dont buy fem seeds, shame on you, only take em if dey b free

nirvanas autos allmost destroyed there reputation most didint autoflower

You know, it takes a special kind of smart guy to blame the retailer for the product.

If you buy something at the grocery store, and on the package it says: "The best cherry pie." So you take it home, and gasp... it isn't the best pie I've had. Damn that grocery store for carrying this pie which is so incorrectly labeled!!! You still eat it...

I mean, really? C'mon man. This is 100% the fault of the breeder and the grower. What did attitude do? They middle-man the situation. You want something? They got it for you. And now that you're pissed with the outcome it is somehow their fault.

You might have something against DNA Genetics... I'm growing their sour kush myself and am finding it to be TERRIBLE genes. The feminization process they use is definitely degrading their stash... But that just isn't Attitude's fault. And of all the breeders... Fucking Nirvana? Really? You get what you pay for with them. Their Blue Mystic is hands down the most over represented strain on the entire website.

Anyway. Attitude is the shit. They carry dozens of breeders and thousands of strains. You having some beef with one of those breeders then take it up with the breeder.

Also Reserva Privada is not DNA Genetics. There is a completely different breeding process done by completely different breeders. They hang under the same banner, yes, but they are not the same by any means.

DNA Genetics and Reserva Privada worked together on their Kandy Kush x Skunk #1, OG#18 x Skunk #1, and Sleestack x Skunk #1. The OG#18 x Skunk #1 was a HUGE harvest while the Kandy Kush x Skunk #1 is in my all time top Five behind G13, Skush, Lompico Trainwreck, and Big Blue.

I warn all people who would read this thread to think critically for themselves. Any rational person will know just how whak the OP viewpoint is.

The Tude has a shitload of beans on there, I am not talking bad about their shipping, selection, or the breeders on there. I am talking about the coustomer service, I am just letting people know that if you order from them and you beans are shit don't expect any help at all! I have had good luck ordering from Nirvana and if there was a problem Alice replaced the beans right away. Also Sannies has great coustomer service, and genetics. I think the tude is like Comcast, they have such a huge buisness they think now that they are established they can shit on their customers. I for one will never order from them again!

He is clearly saying you buy from the attitude dont send them nothing about the outcome when you can buy from other seed shops and if something ends up wrong you can let them know and they will fix the problem.
