What are my trichomes telling me?

I have a microscope and also look at pictures of my trichomes in pictures but I still need some help deciphering them. I want to harvest as close to peak as I can. I am growing three indicas from nirvana's indoor mix so I do not know what strains they are exactly. I want to minimize being stoned and maximize being high. I will be growing a pure sativa next time but am working with what I have now. Thank you in advance for any help.

Don't over-analyze it. Harvest when the plant looks ripe/mature and surly enough that will be when the product will be at it's peak. There is a lot of clear/cloudy/amber tric BS out there and honestly, I've never, ever seen a plant that has 100% clear or cloudy or amber trics at any given time during the growth cycle.

When your calyxes are swollen and 50-75% of your pistols have changed color and receded, harvest them.

Thanks everyone. I will just continue to monitor for now and watch for any changes within the trichomes and on the plants themselves.
