Yea, i have a feeling she's gonna look just like her twin in about 10 weeks! speaking of her twin, i can't wait to harvest tomorrow!!! sticky scissors!!! i didn't have a harvest last week. i'm starting to have withdawl!!!!

yea,yea!!! congrats on that big frosty bud!!! your a veteran now.... you will only yield more and more each time...... over the years i've chopped down hundreds of plants.... although i have only been growing indoors a little over a year.

thanks dude! tomorrow is my heavy gardening day so i'm gonna spread her out a little and trim some of the small lower branches. after next week i will put her in the center of my light.

Hey, just read through the whole thread I'm really impressed. Do you basically just throw a new plant into flower every week? I've heard of perpetual grows, but this sounds uber sick. I'll probably be getting another tent+light soon and would love to see how I can do a perpetual harvest with it.
As for your concerns about flushing, here's a thread that got kind of heated, but exposed some good points about flushing v not flushing. From what I've learned, flushing doesn't have much of an effect on the potency or flavor of the buds, and Sensi Seeds has some good data to back it up.

Thanks so much DK!!! yep, every week i stick a plant in the flower box and every week i take one out. about every 2-3 weeks i start new clones. I like to always have 3 plants of each strain in veg, one ready to go in and two back ups in case something happens to one of them... or a Friend is in need. sometimes i have more room in the flower box so i put two girls in a week. it wasn't always like this though... in the beginning i could manage one every 2-3 weeks but as i got better and learned more and more from RIU i was easier to veg them fast enough... now i can't flower fast enough! hahaha I had growth knowledge from growing outdoors over the years but that was spray and pray with bagseeds and never really took it any further than that until a year ago i'm so happy i did because what a great hobby!! and finding RIU has kept it very interesting and so much promise for the future!!

dude that sucks they didn't have the sticks. but i am all over those pipe cleaners! and the hanging planters. plus i love having extra chain laying around!!! I'm gonna check my local dollar tree tomorrow, and i have a dollar general close by to, i'm gonna check that place out.

I put another kush twin in the flower box today to replace the girl i have in solitarary confienment. she is in another one of my new wide containers and she is about 5-6 weeks since she sprouted roots. she stands in at 15" tall. here are some pics of her. she will have her first night in about 30 minutes.

well guysi just got backm the dollar tree. I bought the hanging basket homer got but instead of the wire fence, i bought these posts. i figure i can use them as sticks, plus manipulate the wire tops to make the scrog part. i'll make one up today and post a finished product. all for $4 plus i get to keep the chain! I also go another pile of good stuff... drip trays, new scissors, moth balls for the smells, magnifying glass set for clear bud porn, and a tripod for steady bud porn!

awesome trip to the dollar store!! now i might need to go back for a tripod and the metal posts lol. by the way, not sure how strong those magnifying glasses are (i'm guessing 2x and 4x), but turns out you can put one over the other and the magnification adds up, so keep that in mind for your bud shots...

thanks for the tip with the magnification! I just took all 10 plants out of the flower box and inspected them and gave them a big drink of cool water! everything in there looks very happy and growing buds all over! then i went over to the veg box and took all those out, except for the reveg BB, who is looking gorgeous by the way! lots of new growth and very green! It's gonna be a great success!! I have a very close friend that has decided to give growing a shot and i think the BB will be a great gift to get him started out with... she is tough, resilient, and will be perfect to learn cloning and will be almost ready for flower!
so back to the work: I checked out all the vegging plants and they look so healthy and green!!! a couple weeks ago i started 2 clones on every breed(AK,WOWO,and bubblegum) and all three now have roots and are almost ready for transplanting. about 6 weeks ago a friend gave me some clippings of NYPD(nirvana) well i now have three happy plants of it growing. two of them were big enough to take clippings from so last week i started 5 clones of them. plus i have the two BB clones that i took at harvest time. so in the end i have a lot of young plants now... almost to many!! I need to now go make some soil up and transplant 5 clones( i transplanted one two days ago) and two other plants that have outgrown their home. then I'm gonna work on my single plant scrog set up. also I'm gonna share some photos of my cloning method for those that are also tight on space but still want to have a bunch going. thanks for reading about my boring gardening day!
