If you want to know the optimal lighting hours, look into the region the strain came from and use there lights/night hours.

If youve got male plants and are impatient waiting to harvest the pollen you can try the "sac pinching technique". With the thumb and pointer fingers you pinch the male sac and make an up and down motion. you should wind up with some good stuff for breeding.
