I got to ask though.... he only smokes with a magnifying glass?
It's works well in the sun. Pinpoint a beam on a glass bowl and she burns.

Some of the tele guys up here are a bit off the rocker. Ski great lines, grow sticky buds, have loving kids, and dig life. :) If the dude wants to keep his ganja clean...well...it's quirky but I don't care.

Turkey bags are the norm.

Thank you very much dude. i really appreciate it! I have a question about your clones: in the lunch meat containers(i use those container all the time for leftovers!) do you layer the vermiculite and perlite in separate layers? or do you just mix it all together 60/40 and fill it up? and how many can you put in there?(looks like more than one) how do you transplant?

and you are always welcome to post anything you want on my thread... the same goes to everyone else!! i love sharing ideas and methods more than anything.... well... i like porn more than anything...hahaha
same on the rep... if i could i would!

it really does make my scull numb when i vape the hash... it is so potent for me!! right now I'm about to vape up a few of the foxtails i accidental trimmed off!!
You are very welcome, as well as any one else that found it useful. What I do is just mix it up and put it in the bottom. I was able to fit 6 small clones in the small lunch container, I think it is 20 oz. I fit 6 larger ones in te 1 qrt container. To transplant, I just watch the clear sides for roots, then wait a day or 2 after I start to see roots, and gently pull up the clones nearest the roots . Then I place them down in the final home. They are so small it doesnt take much. You could also use the tupperware instead of cups with your current root cubes, and still save on space.

looking forward to your next harvest. pitbull is a good indica. its from stoneygirl gardens in oregon. she has a black moon (all pitbull genetics) and it looks really pretty. being in the north east, im going to try to get some of her genetics. they flower in four or five weeks, which is awesome.

"God's gift" is "Mendo purps x Killer queen(c99xg13)" BUT who knows that is what the cali strain is and i'm as east as you can go!!
I lived in LA for four years and had some God's Gift on a regular basis. From what I saw it's just like the pics in High Times. Don't know if that helps since your buds may be all gone by now, but I understand how it can be hard to verify in certain cases.

I live in the midwest now and I've seen some stuff marketed as Blue Dream or Sour Diesel that just didn't match the record I have on file.

does the vermiculite hold moisture well?

They can be found in almost any grocery store, hardware store. I found some at Kroger in their miscellaneous isle, same with Wal-mart.
Thanks... i picked a bunch up at the dollar store... haven't used them yet... but i know i will.

tall and the girth is..um.. oh.., not sure i picked up a half o of each till i have more of my own. but, from what i have read is that they are both native to oregon, north cali area. thats where i am so, i guess i luck out.
the berkley blues is from stoneygirl gardens, as is pitbull and black moon. she sells through dispensaries in medical states, or at least: or, ca, & wa.
i don't think any bean banks offer her genetics. even the seeds that you can get at the dispensaries say that you are the end user and that sgg owns the genetics, or something...........

By the way, awesome work on the scrog contraption, and the dollar tree is awesome, its like Lowes on "Cheap Steroids"

That is a slight pro and con of vermiculite. It retains more moisture than perlite, which is why you see so many recommending to mix. This would be great if the mix would stay throughout. But the perlite tends to rise up when watered, pushing the vermiculite to the bottom. You can clone in 100% perlite, but it is light and airy and the clones dont have the medium totally encompassing the stem at all times. I am fortunate that I am using 9 ounce cups and I bottom feed from the same rez. So I just transplant from the cloning mix to the same mix straight into flower and it stays pretty good throughout. All things considered, I am really hydro now, but passive. Once I get my pump setup, soon hopefully, I will be active hydro in an Ebb system till I engineer the Flo part of Ebb and Flo. :weed:

Thanks, I'm just about to go check on her and see if she needs to be tied down or anything... I'll take a photo to...

That is interesting about the vermiculite. i cloned in small aquarium stones once and that seems to be similar to just perlite. i really want to try vermiculite and perlite soon. i mostly bottom feed all my young plants so maybe that will help with the separation. can you flush out the mix and reuse it?

I can already see new growth inside the middle. and for those of you keeping track at home, here is a pic of my BB rerveg project. she has lots of new growth on her now!
