Do I have too much daylght in my flower room?

Hello out there. this is my first grow.

While vegging, i couldnt decide if i was going to be perpetual or not... i decided not... so when i was ready to flower, i threw my 600w HPS as well as my 4 ft, 4 bulb T5 (with day light bulbs in it) into my flower room with my ladies. Now it has come to my understanding that mixing spectrums is good, but is there any detriment to having too much blue spectrum in your flower room? am i possibly pushing my boundaries here? is it worth going out and getting some flower bulbs for the T5? it may be a large hassle for me to acquire them. I also have some daylight CFLs i could hang in there as well, but I felt in my heart that was blue spectrum overkill

extra info:

---4 unknown strains (a possible strawberry cough or 2)
---75 days of veg on 3 plants in soil(approx. 4 ft tall), only 30 days of veg for 1 additional plant in a DWC bubblebox (approx. 18 inches)
--- all plants are now approximately 30 days in flower
--- the t5 is hung vertically in the back center of my closet as a sidelight, extending from top to bottom of plants (smaller bubblebox plant does not receive much T5 lighting due to positioning)
--- they were suffering a bit of leaf curl, but a water flush of 6 days has straightened them out and they look pretty healthy. Will be going back to my FF big bloom/Tiger Bloom regiment shortly

Any help on this matter is and will always be greatly appreciated :D thank you for viewing!

P.S. Pic soon!! (there are some posted here when they were just little ones, along with a few other noob questions xD)

i throw in a 400w mh with my 600w hps, flowering or veg, the plants love it, fantastic growth (lol bit hot though)

so what im,wondering, do you even notice the t5´s light? next to the hps? i would think you´d barely see a difference, and even if you did, most people consider 2hps to 1 mh a good ratio

so you would be fine.

It sounds like 2/3 of your light is still "red" (not counting penetration). You could replace one or two of the tubes with 2700 to mix up even more if you wanted, but it sounds awesome.

My friend, no further expenditure is necessary. The ever so slight improvement, would not justify the expense.
Good luck & good grow.......BB

Thanks guys for the replies :) I will leave the lights be and maybe consider hanging those CFLs... plants love their lumens!

next i gotta figure out how to get more CO2 in there other than my homebrew live yeast/sugar container :P

I would have to say there is a noticable difference with my T5 light as an addition .. the buds are forming beautifully up the stalks and under the canopies... some of the buds that are DIRECTLY in front of the T5 are gettin fat, too.. so i do think they are worth having in there.

I think the areas of your plant that are otherwise typically shaded...especially the lower regions will benifit. It's kind of like LST except you are not training the plant and just manipulating where the light goes. You have actually inspired me to do a little homework about my lower region. I just need to figure out how I'm going to plug more things into my timer.
