it depends on what stage you are in,,,ideally you should be at 75 F and roughly 50%RH in veg and then drop it to around 30%rh in flower,
I actually run at about 80F with no ill effects,,I do make co2( by fermenting yeast) but you could run the temp up that high without CO2 but you just need to make sure they have/get enough water.
If you take the humidty to high then the stomta of the leaves wont be able to pass water out them,,so the plants metabolism slows down, maybe even stops, and if its too dry (RH OF 10% FOR EXAMPLE) then the stomta will close to presevre water.
I think your temps and rh are okay,,do you have an idea of night temp or NIGHT RH? a drop of ten-15 degrees is okay at night,,infact my temp drops from 80 to about 30ish at night an I havnt seen any problems,,I havnt measured the rh at night but I know its nice and dry so no problem. Just remember that water hold more oxygen the cooler it is,so the cooler the water the oxgen it take to the roots,,but if its too cold it will shock the plant,,so if you can tepid water..wait Im starting to rant abity,.,,yeah your temps are okay,,what about the night temps???
take it easy and happy growing.
