I have this budswel liquid guano, that has worm castings seabird guano and bat guano. .50 .50. .50 smells like a sewer. I was wondering if i could make a tea with that and biogrow or bio-bloom, i also have bioheaven. Biogrow's ingredients says its molasses which i read is good for out plants. When you make a tea how long would it last sitting in the gallon. thanks

Teas aren't made with liquids. A tea is when you take solid ferts, soak them in water and then filter out the solids, leaving the nutrients in the liquid.

What you purchased is a concentrated tea and just needs to be diluted. In the future you can make your own by purchasing dried kelp meal and plain unprocessed bat guano. Put into a bottle with an air pump line bubbling at the bottom, add water and wait a couple days.

Mother's correct. I brew my own, I bought the www.bountea.com 5 gallon Brew kit. It's awesome. But u can make your own kit with 5 gallon bucket w/ lid and an air bubbler & a paint net ( Can buy @ any paint store its for filtering paint.) Look up Compost tea's. The plant's love it. Peace & happy growing.

.5-.5-.5 is a pretty low strength general plant feed. You generally want high nitrogen (the first number) for veg, low nitrogen and high phosphorus for begging of flower, and high phosphorus medium potassium for the end of flower.

My organics goes as follows:
11-1-1 bat guano
9-11-0 bone meal
0-11-2 bone meal
.5-12-.2 bat guano

I feed with the first bat guano and bone meal first. Bat guano is immediate release + slow release and bone meal is just slow release so my plants start with a little nitrogen which then ramps up before the phosphorus kicks in at the beginning of flower.

I then switch to the second bone meal and bat guano for the end of flower (I actually add this at the beginning of flower but it kicks in at the end as it is slow release).

so i pretty much wasted 35 bucks on a gallon of crap basically. How about if i double the dosage. Already wasted my money might as well try using it. since its low i might as well add it to my month old autoflower

I'de go ahead and use it. You can grow great bud with 15-15-15 miracle grow, it is just not ideal. I've used Maxsea kelp meal which is a 30-30-30 and it does wonders.

mixing it with bio-grow for veg would make it a little stronger and then for flowering i have bio-bloom that i can add to it with some bio-heaven. throw it all in a gallon of water. Least i won't nute burn them. I use it up then i get regular bat guano and worm castings from ebay

You can usually get cheap bat guano, bone meal, and worm castings from your local nursery - shipping worm casting which is mostly dirt is really not necessary. Sounds like a plan though with the current nutes.

thanks for your helpful advice. i am in puerto rico and they look at me funny when i ask for bat guano or worm castings. they have no clue what it is, i can get bat guano in the only hydro shop in pr, but it is 80 miles away . they dont have worm castings. that is why i wnet ahead and bought the budswel there. i am actually planning on opening a hydroshop here in the west side of the island since there is no competition. just have to learn some spanish lol
