Sorry oswald haven't been tossing in much just been lurking enjoying the growth!

I just had to mention FF is technically not wholly organic. There is a large debate over whether certain resources even if derived from organic resources that are then processed are they still organic? check out the nutrients section for a few threads on it.

alright boys the blackberry seems to be recovering okay from the top..i think....the surface of the cut on both plants have turned dark brown/ black.. is this normal?? very litttttlee leaves forming on the blackberry.. Bubba is kind of confusing me.. the leave i accidentally snipped is sketchin me out.there is absolutely no sign of new growth on the bubba...maybe taking a little long because of stress from the snip??..is there any way i could of messed up the topping process by snipping that top fan leave???? .went ahead and made a new, less complex light trap..the other one was restricting airflow way to much thus making the cabinet way to hot..sits at 72* now.. plants were a bit droopy but i think its cause they were thirsty.. ANY COMMENTS ON THOSE TOPS????? im kind of worriedd bout the bubba

not sure i understand your questiong. you did fine on the topping. where you topped will now be the top 2 buds.
i understand that but check out the 10th picture.. notice how i cut the leaf off along with the top?? does that matter at all or am i just being a paranoid Peter?

Personally, I think it looks like you cut off the node where the branches would start, but instead the node beneath the one you cut off will turn in to the two tops. I know what you mean, the one looks fine and is recovering nicely, the 10th pic it looks like you snipped a little too low, but like I said, that'll just make the node beneath that one gro 2 tops.

I don't think anything will grow from the node you cut, as I think you cut off the growth tips there, but like I said, the node below it will branch out instead. No biggie, plants are resiliant, and it'll come back no prob. I know you only snipped the one side, and the leaf is still there, but I don't think anything will grow from there...Instead from the node like a half inch below. The new "tops" are just side brances that get a chance to grow since the top of the plant got cut off.

hey lee, don't worry dude. i did the exact same thing to one of my plants when i first tried topping. snipped a little too low. like meta said, the lower nodes will start showing new growth. just give it a couple more days and you'll see it. really nothing to worry about at all, plants (except the auto-flowers) react very well to topping and fimming. you'll be fine!
