are you useing tap water,if so you may want to check and see if there is cloramine in your water,it does not evaperate out like chlorine does,I have it in my water and it took me a while to figure out what was causeing my problems, someone told me that a product called amquel not sure on the spelling on that but you can get it at pet stores its used to treat tap water for fish,I just decided to go with rain water a little more work but its worth it

Hey, thanks for your input, but we buy 11gallons of water from walmart each time we change the res. 11 gallons of drinking water / spring water. Not sure if there is a difference, the PH and PPM is the same pretty much..

+Rep for the effort. Thanks!!

Yup, thanks for trying, but the issue was prior to that.

Yea, I was going to do that or buy the cal mag. Cal mag just seemed easier for us. Thanks for the input. +rep.
cal mag is a waste of money for it wont work as well as epsom salt and it wont fix your problem as fast

id say its a cal/mag deficiency..i had the same shit going on in one of my grows...then i would add 350ml cal/mag to a 40 gal res and i havent seen copper unless i find a penny in the room...

i also bought a tri meter to keep my pH in check..that shit was always around 6.5-7, now i keep around 5.5-6
