Dinafem Blue Widow Flowering Pics

Hey, Just sharing some pics of my Blue Widow as mentioned in my Dinafem White Widow thread. This thing is crazy, they say it grows bigger than the White and hell they aint lying. She is at 4ft tall and has colas over a ft long all over her they taken shape and just need to swell up now, iv read the last 2 weeks for this strain goes crazy on the fattening up and by calculations im on my last 2-3 weeks now, so lets hope so. Soz about pics gunna be orange, only been about for lights on , will get some more pics the next time i catch it just before they turn on. You will see in some pics that its standing nicely then in some later pics there branches falling over coz of the weight in these buds, it's annoying its was all standing nicely i figured i could probably get away with moving her out and giving her a whole rez change one more time before it became impossible....... mistake should of just left her where she was and kept topping her up instead of a whole rez change coz even tho the buds are heavy, where she was standing before all the branches where being kept up by the walls of the tent and i just couldnt get her back where she was, sorry to ramble just incase you where wondering why she looks different all of a sudden but nevermind. Problem with DWC it grows such amazing plants they become too much to handle but i just love huge buds lol. Nice1 Oh and the last pic is a very unique tating Jacky White cutting i got from a friend, 1st time growing a cutting doesn't look like much of a yield but that ones truly about the taste she was lovely.

Yeah, buds are awesome to look at but it is nice to see the progress from start to finish showing them through their life cycle. You have a good looking grow. Some of us like to compare our plants growth and appearance to other people's plants at or around the same age, which is why all pictures are good to look at in my opinion.

Yeah I know where your coming from as i do have an ocassional look at vegging plants also but what really gets to me is the amount of times people start a grow journal get to 1 week flowering and don't post again probably because they went wrong i know but still i get a bit bored of going through pages only to not see the final product. Where as if they had just waited till they were nearing finish then posted the grow we would all be a lot more satisfied im sure. I will bear this in mind next time and take pics of them vegging and post them with the bud shots. Any way thanks for checking her out. Nice1

No i didnt, i got another White Widow and a Diesel which i cant wait to do. Although this Blue Widow was a freebie from like 9 months ago. So far i am very impressed with Dinafem will definetly be growing many more of there strains. Nice1

Yeah the White was an impressive plant some of the tightest densest buds iv grown, but the really sspecial thing was the crystal development...insane. Check it out in my sig. Thanks for checkin her out. Nice 1

I am growing 4 blue widows my self, form dinafem. All are girls and in the 6th week of flowering. Can't complain at all about Dinafem. I will be ordering from attitude again. I am only in a 3 x 2 closet so I could not let mine get as tall as yours, but yours do look good. When are you gonna harvest? Me, I am goin for COUCHLOCK. Waitin til all calyxes swell and trichomes are nice and amber! Do you know how long it usually takes for this strain? This is my first time growin this strain.

Flake u r the fuckin mane man.lol.naaa but 4real a 250w.ive seen your grows and trust me i was gonna say u were lying bout what size light u had but no hattin here man all love.that la women was fuckin stupid.i got 1 year under my belt mostly soil but the 1 time i did use hydro it was bigger than all my soil grow,go figure.i got about 15 seeds coming from the tude so its back 2 trying this hydro thing again.peace

Yeah man glad to hear your having success with Dinafem also, I think the Blue widow puts on alot of it's weight and crystal production in the last 2 weeks, i dunno bout yours that seems to be the case with mine, there big colas but they just need to swell up and and spit out those crystals, only really smells when you touch it, but i think shes gonna smell alot more in the next week coz im visibly seeing loads more crystals now. Defo letting this go as long as it can ,want those amber trichs for sure. I have only ever been a little dissapointed with 1 plant that i grew it was magus warlock, but after seeing the way this grows the buds remind of that a hell of a lot and made me realise that i chopped the Warlock too early and it the buds could of got a lot fatter with another week or 2, so i aint making the same mistake here. It says 50-55 days which would mean iv only got a week and half left but probably will let her go another week ontop of that. The crazy thing about this is it was only 11inches when i flipped the lights how tall where yours made the swithch and how big are they now if you don'tmind me asking ? Thanks for checking it out. Cheers man, Yeah i swear down all my plants prior to this have been a 250w HPS and in a canvas wardrobe, This however is my 1st grow with my new tent and 400w HPS, so in there i have my 250 and my 400 so i have got amazing light spread in there, also having 2 lights in a tent means i can have plants at different ages and/or heights without the risk of stretch. Since i have gotten 8 oz off 1 plant with a 250w, i should get more with this setup now. Thanks again for checking out the grows. Nice1

When I switched they were 12in they are almost 27 in. now. The 7th week starts saturday. I am in soil also. Maybe one day I will try hydro.

Yeah they do smell more dank fruity than sweet fruity if you know what i mean. I honestly think this 1 plant could be as high as 10oz no joke you know after time you can get pretty good at gauging it by eye, well i aint seen such consistent big buds on any of my other grows, even the 8oz LA Woman i grew. So i hope so anyway. Nice1
