First grow, late flowering, low PH, pull now?

I started with 2 plants in soil with the goal of putting clones in a hydroponic setup. I built an ebb and flow system and transplanted the runt of the two plants that looked unhealthy into hydroton, that one ended up turning hermie. I used 100% miracle gro and then transferred the plant in question into a larger pot with a mix of perlite, peat moss, and moisture control MG.

This plant has been flourishing it's entire life, it was extremely dense with tight nodes in veg and has produced a kola the size of my forearm, it has shown very slight deficiencies in some of the middle leaves but has always looked very healthy. I have successfully taken 8 clones from her during late veg/early flowering which are about 20 days into reverting back to veg. I didn't have a calendar right away so I am guessing on the date I went 12/12 but I have about 6 weeks since they went into flowering(~7 days after switching to 12/12).

I only recently started examining the trichromes under magnification but I don't see any that are CLEAR all look at least some type of cloudy. I have recently seen a few sparse amber trichromes. I did not get a soil PH meter and never messed with it because the mother seemed so healthy. This weekend I tested my run off water(pre ph'd to 7) and it was coming out at about 4 .

I think there is about 2 oz to harvest right now. Should I try to correct the severe PH problem? Will it cause problems if I let it run the next 2+ weeks to fully finish flowering with the low PH? From what I have read I would prefer a batch with less amber trichromes then cloudy..... I am kind of anxious since this is my first grow and I have several clones on the way. Also, the 6 weeks is a conservative guess of the time in flowering.

give it a flush with phed mild fertilizer solution
I flushed with ph 7 water about the volume of my pot(6 gallons) and saw NO improvement in the runoff ph. That was all the water I had prepped. I'm planning to let it dry then flush one more time with 10 gallons of water. Then I will wait two days and put it into 48 hours of darkness then harvest. Sound like a good plan?

I'd say you're not going to do anything for your plant by trying to correct it now, start feeding some blackstrap molasses (unsulphered) if you haven't already and just go until you see 25% amber trichomes then harvest...in the last few weeks you can continue feeding nutes but with a pH problem like yours (I have pH issues too, it can help your plant to intake more nutes by correcting the pH but this late it doesn't make the biggest difference). I would say all that flushing isn't going to help your plant, only stress it in it's last days of flowering. Have you heard of the drowning method? Put your bucket into a bigger bucket full of water and cut lights for 5 days and you're curing only takes about 1-2 weeks and can be smoked in less than a week. Also the darkness increases THC content in a lot of buds, though the % is not always the same for each strain
