You are welcome to laugh at this question later but.... If your tap is shit (7.5) as mine is, then I should germinate in ph adjusted water?!i started having failure rates increase with germ, came to find out the water PH i was getting from the city has risen to 7.9 , its was much lower when we moved here
Yes dude i always fill my water tank up and leave it to stand uncovered for 3 days that evaporates most of the chlorine used to clean the water. Then adjust the ph down to 5.8 (the ph will slowly rise naturally) leave it for 24 hours check the ph level (adjust if needed) and you have some stable ph'd water ready to germ those beans. You are welcome to laugh at this question later but.... HAHA nice!!!!looks just like the 1 i had as a kid thing was sweet!!!!!!!love it ,looks mint .lmao...oh and the ph'ed water is nessasary.my germ rate from GH is like 85% + just those 2 white widow seeds not want to grow...i could have got replaced but funk it ...peace
i totaly agree !!!!!! i would be pissed..I wonder if the fail is from the way they make femed seeds?force a female to make polen ,use that to pollenate next female...seems it would cause alot of hermies ,exspecialy is water not PHed proper, and would be a problem for all breader ..imo i think.lolI understand that but through frustration of wasting valuable time i have started this thread. These will continue to pop up now and again unless they can sort this out. I understand it isnt too common to get 100% germ rates. 50/50 in this case would have been ample.
Many thanks. I am not a hater for no given reason. The grows i have seen have been phenomenal like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7h2BKfvYsNM It was this video that encouraged my decision to go GHS.
But for now i shall continue onwards with my own personal favorite seedbanks and return to greenhouse in the future.
I do not wish to come across as arrogant i was just rather pee'd off with my wasted time.
Again thanks for all of the input.
Yeah i suppose it is a major coincidence that it happened with the GHS seeds? But the sensi seeds i received on monday have all germed by this morning? So my method has to be wrong?... RightI will say it. I dont give a rats ass what success rate you have had in the past. I still say you fucked up somehow and just want to pass the blame. Face the fact you failed and get over it. Go crying to your mommy next time. Nobody around here wants to here your sissy whining...........
I understand that. But if you look through this thread you will notice a lot of the people using GHS seeds have been growing Super Lemon & Silver Haze with amazing results.i'm growing out their super silver haze right now. one of my favorite genetics. a friend just grew out some of greenhouse's feminized and i believe has just germinated some super lemon haze (i see a lot of people have this genetic) that he bought recently. he's around here somewhere.
it's too bad you had a bad experience with them. there are some shady seed sellers out there but they aren't one of them. one bad post costs them a lot more then it would cost to sell you viable seeds.
I speak the facts and it makes me an insecure troll. Yet you are the one that felt a need to posted a scorecard or you germ rates in your sig. And lets see. You have said same method on all 3 batches of Church seeds along with the other strains. The others germed but the Churches did not. All 3 times correct? Yet after the 1st and 2nd failure you used the SAME method yet again and failed. Off to the computer to blame GHS. Did you ever stop to think maybe the strain called Church may not be responding to your method? Fuck no. Not my fault. Gotta be GHS. Guess what? Some beans take less and some take more moisture to trigger the germ. And the fact is this is your failure, not GHS.Yeah i suppose it is a major coincidence that it happened with the GHS seeds? Sissy wining? You sound like your father. People like you Cowboy are brilliant on these forums, typically the type of person who is lacking something in there life and have to make up for it by trolling forums and chatting bollox which to be fair is kind of pointless to the thread. The amazing thing is in person you wouldnt be as confruntational that is why the internet is here...to give people like you a voice, a voice they do not have in real life situations.... You do that on the street and some guy fucks you up. On the internet you get away with it. Easy..
second that i have 10 green house super lemon haze fems in a dome on seedling mat, all 10 popped and all popped on my last order too, ordered frm attitude but they came in original breeder pack from green houseI didn't have any issues with my FEM Super Lemon Haze from greenhouse.Good Company and Great genetics IMO!!
forgot too mention i use rapid rooter plugs and have grown the church b4 very good germ ratesecond that i have 10 green house super lemon haze fems in a dome on seedling mat, all 10 popped and all popped on my last order too, ordered frm attitude but they came in original breeder pack from green house
no doubt cant argue thatlol Honda's are shit!!
