just building a small city plays havoc on "natural" weather patterns.
Pollution and airborne particulates also produce "unnoticed" weather changes in areas.
We are only chipping at the tip of how weather works and what effects it.
There is absolutely no concrete unbiased scientific evidence ANYWHERE that winter seeding of clouds produce any difference one way or another.

Even a 10% increase would fall within the range of natural variability of a single storm or a whole season.

Kennedy assasination was really simple, he wouldn't play the game. Among other things he was going to withdraw from Vietnam and that's the straw that broke the camels back. Wars are profitable. Billions of $ would have been lost.

I call two planes with terrorists onboard as a VERY plausible explanation for 747's with full fuel onboard crashed into the Twin Towers.... what other scientific explanation are you looking for? It was captured on video for the world to see.... at least the second one was.... had it been 'staged' as some claim, wouldn't a single camera have been on hand to capture that first horrific moment?

And the explanation for what happened on 9/11 is more than the fact that planes did hit 2 towers. There is still the issue of who crashed them, who paid for it, came up with it, all that lot. But i couldn't care about ay of that, the governemnt cannot give an explanation for WTC7 or the pentagon or the other plane that "dissapeared". They can't actually offer an explanation that holds scientific validity, and quite a few people are aware of this

He did believe that the communists needed to be defeated and he strongly believed that South Vietnam would win, given the US support.
